Hotel Neutor Express

Front desk staff was VERY helpful, the rooms were large, great water pressure in the shower, a safe in the closet, very clean room, asked for rooms to be close together and they were, the breakfast was DELICIOUS, location was fantastic as it was a short walk to the town. We will DEFINITELY stay here again! The elevator was small, but the stairs are next to the elevator. IF you don't like to climb stairs then ask for a room on the 1st or 2nd floors. We were on the 4th floor, but we didn't mind using the stairs.

Location. Breakfast. No coffee making facilities in the room - bring a travel kettle. Room I was given was very cramped.

The first night was horrible. Windows were only half covered. Missing a curtain. Could look into the run across the street. Shower was broken. Room was not clean. Front desk said there was no other room available. She seemed annoyed to be working. Next day I was moved into a much nicer room. Staff was still not very pleasant. Rooms did not even have coffee or tea available. Friendly staff, better problem solving and customer service.

We stayed for two nights. It is not far on foot to the center. For those who do not want to walk, buses also pass in front of the hotel. The room had a nice view of the street. In addition to the hotel building being old and neglected, the items in the room and the bathroom itself were also outdated. Since we wouldn't spend much time in the hotel, we didn't care much about this situation.. There were hairs on the bed, which was mentioned in the comments by others before us. Wi-fi connection was not good. There was a small parking lot behind the main hotel building but we couldn’t use it. We had to park our car in a nearby underground car park.

Good location, with large secure car park a 2 minute walk with a further 2 minutes into the centre of Salzburg.

The location is brilliant. Only about a ten minute walk to everything in old town, but far enough away to be quiet. It was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. It was hot and there was a tower fan with a timer that would only stay on for two hours then shut off. This was very annoying at night. Checking in across the street was weird.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist. When we told her that we had a reservation, she abruptly placed a form in front of us and ordered us to fill it in. When we tried to ask questions, she spoke to us in an aggressive and intimidating manner, telling us to ask them one by one. When my wife asked her to smile, she replied arrogantly, “You smile. This is our hotel.” Because of her rude and unprofessional attitude, we decided to cancel our reservation. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff

Location was the only good thing next to the tram stop Very hot...no air conditioning.. breakfast was not good very miserable host. No bread for toast on second morning.

Close to the center, they offer a parking garage discount, the staff was super friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a hair dryer and fan. Even though it was very close to the center it was quiet during night time with open windows. Some people might not like that there was no AC just a standing fan. The room and the facility are a bit oldish.

Disgusting place with poor management. The bathroom was not clean and someone left their razor inside the shower. The wall are covered with old stained and curtain and sides beds. Very expensive for what it is. When I talked to the check out they did not even acknowledged it. The breakfast was decent but still expensive if you stick with the basics things.
