Staff were helpful Having paid a lot for a premium room we were very disappointed that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. We were expected to go down to the restaurant, make a beverage and take it up to the room. After moaning about this the staff found us a kettle and cups for the room. The breakfast was a little underwhelming. The hotel was in a quiet area close to bus route. The hotel gave free travel passes for our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We appreciated the free coffee and tea downstairs. Quite expensive, but so are all Salzburg hotels in summer.

This is a really good hotel option. It’s close enough to walk around old town and get to everything easily. Comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. Good breakfast options. I would definitely recommend it!

This is a lovely hotel situated in a very quiet location and approx a 15 minute walk from the main train station and about the same to the Old Town. We had room 111 which is on level 1 and it had a terrace and AC. The breakfast is extensive and there is a lovely outside dining area if the weather is fine. No issues

One of the most worst experiences i ever had! I know why its not refundable! Because if it wasnt i would cancel the stay and walk away!!! Bad attitude from the customer service! Very bad attitude! The room has no big towels, no fridge, no phone to call reception, no slippers!! The buffet is very poor!!! I would never ever go back to that hotel again !!
