The location worked well for me. It’s walkable, even if it’s not in the best area itself, it’s quite accessible to touristic spots, etc. The front desk staff are all fantastic and so friendly. No faults with them whatsoever! Breakfast was also good, a great selection. I wanted to like my experience but I am genuinely surprised the cleanliness ratings here are so high. I arrived to hairs in the bedsheets and on my pillows. I slept the first night without pillows on the bed because I arrived too late to want to bother anyone. When I told front desk the issue, they were prompt and responsive. But the cleaner just did not seem to see the hairs or care… Even after she “cleaned” there were still many hairs on the bedsheets and I gave up after that. I didn’t have them clean for the rest of my stay and frankly was glad to get out of there.

Had a great time glad I stayed there.

1- أول شيء ماحبيته الفندق ومراح يعجب أغلب الخليجيين هو أن عندهم كلب يتمشى على كيفه باللوبي والريسبشن وهالشيء مرة يضايق للي يخاف من الحيوانات، يعني فجاءة وأنتي واقفة الا الكلب جنبك ولا وراك. 2- ماعندهم موظفين يشيلون الشناط وعلى حظنا حطونا بالدور الرابع وفيه صعدة درج يمكن 6 درجات عشان نروح لغرفتنا والشنط كانت مرة ثقيلة 3- مافيه تلفون بالغرفة ولا أي وسيلة تواصل مع الريسبشن تبون شيء لازم تنزلون 4- التشيك ان يخلونكم تعبون بياناتكم وبيانات الضيوف اللي معكم كلها تفاصيل الجواز والاسم وعنوان الاقامة، يعني لو عائلة جت وعددهم 8 الاب بيجلس يعبي كل هالبيانات وهذا شيء غير منطقي المفروض الموظف يعبيها ( اخدم نفسك بنفسك) 5- مع الاسف كل الايميلات اللي توصلنا منهم باللغة الالمانية ولافكروا بالضيوف اللي من الدول الاخرى

Liked everything! Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Perfect location to trains and tourist destinations. Front desk staff were helpful in arranging tickets.

I stayed for just one night, but is had the most relaxing sleep. Brekfast was excellent. Staff was friendly. The location is convenient. I highly recommend it. The location is not too central, It is close to the station, but the attractions in the center.

Breakfast was average.

The water in the shower changes from hot to lukewarm and back to hot every few minutes.

We had a beautiful, relaxing apartment. Gorgeous decor, convenient location walking distance to sights, great buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend this property to anyone! I can’t think of anything to improve!

Very good air conditioner, which was very needed in the heat wave they were having in June.

We loved how close this was to the train but also loved walking to old town in 15 min. It was the cutest hotel, the best breakfast and Nickolaus was outstanding at the breakfast area. The rooms were a great size, perfect size bathroom and shower, and adorable! We couldn't have been happier! I think we liked it all! If anything I guess I could get nit-picky and say that the TV did not have english stations....but not a big deal.

Nice, spacious rooms, but disappointed by a pest issue and unprofessional front desk attitude. We had a beautiful time in Salzburg and initially enjoyed our stay. We stayed in Room 4 from June 16-18, and then moved to Room 17 on the 4th floor from June 19-21. Room 17 was a great upgrade—much quieter, larger, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience in Room 17 was ruined by a fly infestation. Shortly after checking in, we found a large number of flies in the room. They seemed to come from the kitchen sink bin or the ventilation system. I had to kill about ten of them on the first night. We kept all the windows strictly closed for the rest of our stay, but flies kept appearing. We even had to open the curtains to attract them to the glass just to swat them with our slippers. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the receptionist (the lady with purple hair) at check-out. We kindly informed her about the fly issue simply to prevent the next guest from dealing with it. Instead of apologizing or taking it seriously, she was highly dismissive and blamed us, stating that bugs will always come in if windows are opened. She completely ignored the fact that we had kept the windows closed the entire time. It was a very disappointing and unprofessional response to constructive feedback. We do like the stay once again, and we would only have this bad comment while the front desk try not to apologize and to blame us to let the windows opened (we closed them immediately after discovering flies.

Location near train station

Clean, nice gym, cozy, good breakfast, good location. The sauna space was really lovely. Rooms are quite small and they charge extra for the baby crib.

Very comfortable room of adequate size. Superb breakfast. Location convenient for station and good bus service into city centre. One small problem was the light switch for the toilet was movement activated which disturbed the sleeping spouse if used in the noight

The family room was great. Location was really helpful. Free transportation with booking was really nice.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was close to the train stations and buses. The walk to Old Town and the gardens was convenient. Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of choices. The service in the bar was very slow and and somewhat unorganized. The hostess at breakfast was no very pleasant or customer oriented. Although the rest of the staff was wonderful. These could have been one time incidents.

It was just a bit loud as the windows are to the main street.

Size of room was great. Hallway had a musty smell. Bathroom light always on when you enter - even in the middle of the night due to the motion activation.

Beautiful and well managed hotel. Great breakfast options. Very comfortable stay!
