parking outside on the street for 16 euros is bit pricey

AC!!!! Family rooms were great. Parking was easy, breakfast was good. The terrace and indoor lounge space were good for hanging out as well.

Very affordable, with access to (paid) parking lot, with laundry facilities (big selling point). It was nicely set up, and comfortable furniture in the room. Liked the little food and drink options on offer. Breakfast was good! The parking lot felt safe. They have complimentary umbrellas! The check-in process was unnecessary long and cumbersome (no other hotels had such a long and arduous process). The parking is a bit expensive considering the hotel is not downtown. They need to have better policies regarding the laundry room usage (people left their laundry in a machine for over 24 hours and you’re “not allowed” to move it, and staff won’t move it either). The room itself was crazy small (especially ours), and really weirdly designed / laid out.

One of the best accommodations on my list

Low traffic noise, local bus stop, private parking( at extra cost though) super friendly and helpful staff. Extra cost breakfast was very good. The architect was not thinking about how you use the room, apparently was more concerned how about the “ look”. In our room the toilet is one room, then you cross the main room to the shower room to wash your hands. Seems unsanitary. In our friend’s room, the two are side by side separated by a wall. So you spent extra money to put a wall between the toilet and the shower area? If there is some social reason, like you wanted to allow different people to do bathroom activities at the same time, then why not put a corner sink in the space with the commode? And lastly, those squeeze soap dispensers are not good. Think about hands already slippery with water. Then think about small hands that don’t have the strength. Those things are difficult to use. A pump dispenser is much easier to operate.

The reception have central control of the air conditioning and they kept changing the temperature on mine. I wanted it on 18C overnight and it kept going to 21C. They fixed it but then the next night they changed it again. Just a minor annoyance.

price was hiked to 2x normal price during the stay (140€) king size bed is actually two separate mattresses, making it less comfortable

Good water pressure. I thought I asked for breakfast every day but they only signed us up for the first day. Internet was unstable. Didn't tell us how to get into the room after dark. Bathroom didn't have a table. Hotel staff argumentative.

Room size is quite okay and the facilities in room is commendable. I like the cloth wet heater. Breakfast was very nice and staff also very polite and helpful Location in 20mins away from the station but just 1 min walk from bus stand

Room a bit awkward with column next to bed. Garage very tight for parking.

The bus stop is right outside the hotel which made our stay very pleasant with two kids. We could go to the city center without thinking it and enjoy every moment. Everything was OK.
