Location near the main beach excellent for night life and really warming and welcome staff Due to the loud music and all night/day party at the beach it is not the best property if you like to rest and relax

The staff at this property were welcoming, professional, and respectful. I noticed other reviews that mentioned issues with the staff, but that was not my experience at all. My room was ocean facing, and directly over the main strip with a stunning ocean view. The location could not be better if you want to be right in the action, directly on the beach, and immediate walking distance to the "hot spot" bars, restaurants, and beach. The only downside is the noise - it is intense. The room is not sound proofed in any way (it is a very basic room, with a very basic balcony). If you intend to get any sleep at this place - forget it. You are directly on the beach and the party is raging at all hours of the day on San Andres. After an intense few days of travel, I needed a bit of rest for a few hours to recharge - and that was impossible. It was so noisy in the afternoon, on a monday, that I had to change hotels. As I mentioned - if you are in San Andres to party HARD for 48 to 72 hours - this is a great place to stay. If you need any semblance of rest - it is not for you.

The staff very friendly and nice, they offer you free coffee and most important FREE WATER as in San Andrea is very difficult to find this facility. The view is cool, but unfortunately is very loud outside and you cant rest, the window remains opens, this means that the sun at 5 in the morning is going to wake you up

The cleaning staff was professional and did a great job ⚠️ False advertising at its finest. I booked 6 nights for a Deluxe room with balcony and ocean view. What I got instead was a tiny box with a bed and a window facing the hallway. No balcony. No view. Nothing close to what was shown when I booked. When I complained, staff casually admitted “this happens a lot” and told me I should have read the fine print. They even admitted the photos don’t actually represent the room you’re getting. Translation: they lure you in with fake images and leave you stuck once you arrive. So for 6 days, I was trapped in a shoebox instead of the ocean-view room I paid for. The whole point was to enjoy coffee with the view in the morning — instead, I got to stare at a hallway. Save yourself the frustration. This place is misleading, dishonest.

The hotel’s location is good and the daily cleaning service was acceptable, but the overall experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, one of the two rooms we had booked had no working air conditioning, no hot water, and the TV had no sound. Additionally, the facilities were visibly worn and in poor condition. When we raised our concerns, the staff offered to move us to a room with an ocean view. However, instead of honoring our original booking of two triple rooms, they gave us just one “family room” for six people, with three double beds. Although the view was better, it did not justify the downgrade, nor the high price paid for two separate rooms. It was a poor and improvised solution, and the service fell well below expectations. Definitely would not return or recommend.

Excellent location. I think it is probably the best inexpensive option on the waterfront. We stayed in two other hotels that were really nice and fancy, but way too expensive. Meanwhile Molinos de Viento is simple yet perfect if you are planning to be leaving the hotel during the day anyway. no hot water in shower, but really not that bad because it is so hot anyway.

The personal. Amazingly friendly and helpful. Really good people! The extremely noisy area. Tge windowless, tiny room. Not nice.

The location and value was exceptional. The room was rather small and did not have a seating area. Not somewhere you could spend a rain day in. Also the walls are rather thin, so you can definitely hear what is going on in other rooms and on the street.

Absolutely nothing. Could not wait to leave. To begin with, I arrived, asked for a taxi to be helped, called and received no help as a single female. Checked into the room define the second issue… The room looks absolutely nothing like the photos. Could not be more different. I have traveled to San Andres, at least 10 times and have stayed in similar locations which I know are the heart of the party if you will… Never have I ever experienced such a crappy situation. No soundproofing on the windows and no help from staff as from the second I arrived I was uncomfortable, they were unwilling to accommodate me in any way or give me a refund. I was told things wound down at 11 PM which I knew to be a complete lie. The 15 songs that were playing outside my window stopped around 4:30 AM Horrible experience do not stay here

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was really kind and always with a big smile in their faces. The location is excellent, it's just in front of the beach and you can go walking to the airport and to the city shops. It needs some ventilation in the bathrooms
