Very good location and good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Staff unresponsive. Had to call twice to get an invoice. Could not figure out how to use the phone to call the reception. No gym. No spa. Humidity problem. The whole room was wet and humid when we hung stuff to dry from the beach. We didn't have any fresh water to drink. Only 1 small bottle.

Very modern and well kept. The Jacuzzi in our room did not work and when we told the desk, little to nothing was done to resolve the issue. We never got it working and wasted hours of our vacation time trying to. Internet WiFi was poor and spotty. We were charged $30 for bringing our own drink to the pool. For what we spent nightly, I felt this was a little unfair.

The value for what you get, it does not add up.

I stayed with my family and we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and there is a nice swimming pool area. The location is excellent, near the main attractions and restaurants. Also, the hotel has very good restaurant options; we tried Casa Bonita and Wata, and both had great quality food and a lovely atmosphere Overall, the staff was very helpful. The only negative experience we had was with the lady working breakfast on our first day (Saturday the 21st). She gave the impression that she didn’t want to be there and was quite rude. However, the ladies in charge of breakfast over the following two days were lovely.

Very good breakfest and restaurants.

Breakfast wasn’t great

Location and decoration THE INTERNET IS HORRIBLE and nobody at the hotel helps you to solve the problem. The Staff could be friendlier, especially the ones from the front desk.

Breakfast was very good, swimming pool as well, we got the large room so it was spacious. Overall building facilities are nice. We were given 2nd floor, view to a construction, not nice. When asked to change the room, they gave us a much higher floor, but the room was half size, so we went back to the first assigned room. Front desk staff not friendly, lack of training.

The location and rooms The food could be better.

It is a general problem that the whole island has, but when rained we noticed that the main sewage smell from the city come through the sinks.

Roof top pool , breakfast. From the moment you enter, there’s a noticeable smell of humidity throughout the property. We were given an extremely small room with a terrible view, seen through a dirty window (which in this case may have been a blessing). I’ve added a photo of our $370 USD/night room and its “view.” To top it off, the tap water smelled bad and the toilet seat was broken. There were many other disappointing details: • No coffee machine in the room • No complimentary bottle of water • A very poor minibar with no menu or price list • The phone in the room wouldn’t connect to reception or the restaurant • Bathrobes were child-sized, and the slippers were made of paper — better to offer nothing than something so cheap I could go on, but honestly, none of this would have mattered as much if the service had been warm, attentive, or even just polite. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. While there were a few positives — such as the rooftop pool and breakfast — they were completely overshadowed by the lack of service throughout our stay. The staff mostly ignores you. If you manage to get someone’s attention, they respond with visible indifference. The front desk team is friendly only at check-in. Once that’s done, unless you book tours or excursions through them, they lose all interest in helping. This is nowhere near a 5-star experience. The value for money is absurd. Unless they cut their rates in half, I don’t see how they could meet any reasonable guest expectations. What’s truly missing here is leadership, proper training, and the presence of someone who genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. NOT RECOMMENDED — by any means.

The rooftop pool offers stunning views of turquoise waters and dreamy sunsets — truly the best place to unwind. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made everything effortless. Its location is unbeatable: just steps from the beach, shops, and local flavor. A perfect blend of style, comfort, and island charm!
