Location Shower was horrible no enough water for take a shower and none outlets works in the room. I complained about it nothing was resolved

Centrally located, only a few steps away from the beach. The room was sufficiently large and clean and although basic, it was equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a safety deposit box, a wardrobe, a tv and air conditioning. Above all, the receptionist and the cleaning lady were very gracious and promptly attended to all our needs. Perfect stay for a few days on San Andres island.

Rosario at the reception was very helpful, always with a smile on her face and always available. She made our stay super great!!! The location is very central and the cleanliness was spotless No window in the room No shower gel. We only had little soup bars

Loved the location but it had construction going on and no permanent reception - toilet paper should always be available - staff was very pleasant - overall it was fine for the price Should always have reception should guests have needs - and the site should have mention that construction was going on around the hotel

The location is good. And that's all about the good things I can think of for this property. 1. There is no reception. After booking, I never received a message. When we arrived, the property was closed and dark. We had to have someone else call for someone to open the door. We were given the key, and told that we should never lose it because it would be impossible to replace. 2. The amenities are very basic. Only hand soap, nothing else. I expect more for a property of this value. 3. There are no windows, making the rooms dark and even smaller than they already are. 4. No reception means no one to ask practical questions during your stay. 5. The first night, we were awake most of the time because there was a lot of noise outside - and sometimes, also inside. I'm talking between 1-5am. No reception means no one to talk to or to try to solve it.

the women in the front desk was not nice, they told me they do laundry to my clothes and they didn’t return my jeans and just say they don’t know where it is.

Location is very convenient and the room was clean There are not a mirror in the room, hair dryer and iron.

Great Staff Very Accomodations would certainly recommend to other travels and will look to book this venue again when I return to San Andres
