Great location and staff....

The hotel is family-friendly, which is particularly enjoyable for kids, but if you're seeking a romantic getaway, the noise and presence of children may be frustrating. We were surrounded by loud kids every where we went.

The room was confortable and big. The view of the junior suite wasn’t nice

The hotel is very well located, close to many restaurants and one of the best beaches on the island. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is generous and well stocked. The room we stayed at on the 4th floor is right under one of the restaurants sitting area, so in the morning when you are getting your last minutes of sleep, and the breakfast buffet is going, the noise of moving chairs will make you want to get out of bed...while nothing grave, this is a minus for me as on vacation I tend to sleep in a little. Another point to consider...this is on San Andres Island, a tropical paradise that enjoys the sun and heat almost every day of the year, while that is great for the beach, it is not so great when you are inside of the hotel hallways and the AC is not turned on. We found out that the AC is only turned on on the 5th floor and inside the rooms.

My accommodations were situated on the fourth floor, adjacent to another room via a connecting door, and noise from both the adjoining rooms and the fifth-floor social area was quite audible, indicating suboptimal acoustics. The hotel was at full capacity, and breakfast service in the morning was notably chaotic.

Large room, good location, big balcony, good on-site restaurant. No hot water in the shower over a 4 night stay, once or twice it was luke warm. Bar and food service at the pool was slow. Breakfast staff were also disinterested. Asked for ketchup on receiving my egg order, finished eating my food without ketchup. Expensive for an average experience.

Brand new hotel, the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options. The hotel is 2 blocks away from the beach and restaurants area. Everything was fine.

Good There was no hot water

Overall, it was a great stay! The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and the staff is friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the lunch/dinner options available through the hotel’s onsite restaurant. Minor tweaks, such as 1. Adding a second door to the shower - water consistently leaked out the shower because we only had one glass door 2. Clearer pool water - I attempted to visit the pool but the fog in the water seemed concerning so I opted for another beach day 3. Opening poolside umbrellas - again, when I tried to relax by the pool, I found myself getting a bit too sunburned, so I tried to open one of the poolside umbrellas but was not able to do so. As a result, I had to cut my stay short.
