Room service to make the bed and clean up is not included Also we had to do check out early in the morning and no one
-
The location was good The bedroom that i received wasn’t the one that i expected because when we arrived, my wife and me received one bedroom with four single beds and we were expecting at least one queen bedroom
-
Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Central location. Common kitchen. Bathtub size pool, noisy

Staff was amazing and the pool was very good i had a a very bad bed. it was in front of the door, and the locker on the door did not work properly. also bed did not have a curtain. also bed did not have any light/bulb. I addressed all issues with the reception, but we were only staying for 2 nights. Put the toilet paper into the toilet and the hand soap.

Great location! I did not have light in my shared room

only the position Many things : first of all we payed for the gold private room with private bathroom and we had NEVER the hot water . all the times they said that worker is coming to fix it but never happened . that was unbelievable to pay for a premium room and to not be able to have a private shower with hot water. no soap available and neither water to drink. then the toilet smelled bad and we found also cockroach there . we had some noises from the church in front. I asked for a discount considering the hot water issues but they didn’t . we left one night in advance !!!

I didn't like the lighting setup, and the motion detector was very annoying. Kitchen utensils were poor and very damaged.

I'm blown away by this property for the price. It's got a phenomenal location, great amenities with the pools, co-working station, etc. This is definitely my new favorite hidden gem in San Andres and I'd recommend 100% Nothing... I have zero complaints about the property, price, staff- it was all amazing

It has a perfect location, very close to everything you want to do (restaurants, shops, beaches and the boardwalk). It is quite comfortable and has A/C. The reception ladies are very friendly. But there are certain things you need to improve regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms!

The room was good and really big, and the jacuzzis were nice, the staff was very helpful and lovely. It was sooo noisy during the night that the walls trembled. I couldn't sleep anything, the room's door has a hole that don't stop the noise from the street to enter. Also there's no control on people talking outside their rooms in the common area for the night, so first night was also frustrating to try to sleep and hearing everything people were talking. Also, the light bulb from the room is turned on by a sensor, and the sensor was kinda broken, it turned several times alone and woke me up. The hostel has no activities, no bar/restaurant to gather people together, so I don't recommend it if you're traveling alone aiming to meet new people. I literally saw 3 persons my whole stay.

Good location and clean hostel . Shower could have more hot water but many bathrooms. The hostel wasnt full so bathrooms were Available all the time which is great.
-
At night there could be some noise, however if you are exhausted after a long the day at the beach, you won’t even hear it.
-
Too bad that the gas stove in the kitchen was broken and that they did not install a new one and the kettle is very bad, but otherwise a great location. That he went to the kitchen there was no gas, good gas stove and kettle. And because there were constant lights in the hallway at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The only thing that I actually liked was the location of the place and the staff The rest of it was a total disaster, there is a bar on the first floor which made sleeping incredibly difficult. On the other hand, the room 11 had a terrible smell like there was something rotting under the ceiling. Besides, at first we got another room that was supposed to be familiar but they changed it for a smaller one, when we checked the price was less but they didn’t return the rest of the money. Also, I had an accident with my period and unfortunately I got the towel with a bit of blood, when I asked for a change of towels the girl said that they were going to charge me if I didn’t return the towel clean which is completely illogical. The breakfast was expensive and disgusting, the eggs tasted like fish, terrible!

The room was spacious and the staff during check-in was very friendly. We stayed for one night here and this is the very first time ever I write a bad review for a hostel. The room where we were staying was located right above a club where they played music until 3AM. We didn’t know this (and had an early flight). The music was so loud it felt like one of the speakers was in the room and the bass even made the bed move. Furthermore the door is made of glass and there are no curtains so it’s never dark in the room. When we wanted to ask if there was another room available so we could switch, the guy at the reception was so drunk he couldn’t even respond anymore.

Location is awesome. It's close to the main beach of San Andres, close to good restaurants and also the meeting point to take boats. The room is brand new with good beds. I was expecting a staff fluent in English because we don't speak Spanish properly. Our room was right above a club and there's no sound isolation, so we had to sleep 4 nights dealing with loud parties. Also the toilet was stinking hard even when the bathroom was cleaned.
