Not much Really bad experience. We paid about 130 dollars per night for a hotel room with no windows. No wifi, smelling bad with really bad maintenance in general. The hotel is sold as a pool hotel but right after the moment you pay they say to you the pool is not working. We tried it because of the location but it doesn’t worth it.

The location was convenient for our stay. The air condition was probably one of the only good factors of our stay. Stained towels, stained sheets, the body wash and the toilet paper were never replenished. The food was way below our expections. It clearly stated that it was a buffet however, we had the food served for us. There was absolutely no internet connection in our room. The shower facilities in our shower were poor especially our shower which barely had any power which was a struggle to shower everyday.

The staff was my favorite part about this play. I loved ? them all. The place is worth it because of the location and cost. Wish there was a restaurant here, but there is a bar, with an perfect pool area. The staff I loved, and restaurants is very close to the hotel. WALKING DISTANCE

A big disappointment and very overpriced. Although the hotel is in a good location in the pedestrian area and close to everything the quality of the hotel is very poor indeed. The Wi-Fi was terrible there was no hot water in the bathroom, the patio doors would not close properly in the bedroom, it was extremely noisy and at breakfast choice was abominable. Especially as my wife and I are vegetarians there was literally nothing we could have The Wi-Fi, the state of the room, the choice of food at breakfast

Algunos empleados (del restaurante) parecen estar disgustos con los turistas. las escaleras son muy inseguras.

The room had some issues. The toilet bowl leaked, the room safe did not work and the balcony door wasn't 100% secure. I reported the issues to the FD staff and they recorded them but the issues were not addressed.

Good location near San Andres center, a lot of stores around and food places. Near the airport Check in process very difficult had to wait 30 min to get a room. Room view was blocked by a new builder building. Everything needs to be requested in the counter( towels, blankets etc) cold water and the hand washer was broken and water was spilling all over. Room was not cleaned daily. We lost power twice and also we didn’t have water for like 2 hours. I was never able to connect to WIFi
