Location. Decameron Los Delfines is very well located, a few steps from the city center and right by the beautiful sea of San Andres. Everything else. The hotel is in serious need of repair and renovation. Room 223 was awful. Shower didn’t work and there was no hot water. Air conditioner didn’t work properly and condensation drips flooded the sink. We woke up with the room flooded because of the rain. As the room is tiny, our luggages were on the floor, so all our stuff were soaking wet. We tried to call the front desk for assistance, but the room telephone was not working. It’s an “all inclusive” hotel, but food is not good at all. Seriously, food is terrible. Staff was rude and apathetic. Mrs Candi, the manager, and Mr. Mendoza were the exceptions.

Is well located Old and damaged facilities, the door was not working, door from the bathroom didn't close the floor was not completely clean, the restaurant didn't have that much variety of food, the food was frozen food. The service in the restaurant was not giving us the things we were ordering. Cocktails in the bar were not the best. A lot of noise in the night from people doing maintenance.

Clean pool. Restaurant and staff were superb (Not the montańero breakfast). It did not have a beach, the pool opened late (1100) and closed early (1900). The bar was cheap, not branded licor and some served in paper cups and some in old looking plastic glass).

Wi fi was paid (4USD/hour) and extremely slow, which is pretty cheap considering the price of the room. The security box was also an extra. Overall, I wouldn't return to los delfines. I recommend the islander, another decameron hotel at about same price.
