the room was clean and had hot water in the shower for first 2 days. hot water not fixed, and was very noisy(a heads up would have been nice), no room safe ( one in room small and not attched to anything... over all security ok, room key is like a house key on a key chain with hotel and room number on it.

It is beachfront The property is dilapidated, no money is being put in to maintain it. It is in terrible shape. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and pasteurized American cheese. Way overpriced for what you get.

We had a view of the ocean through dirty windows. The staff were very friendly. The room and hotel are in a state of decay. For the price I paid, the owner should be investing in the property and updating it. The room smelled, was falling apart, and very dated. The breakfast had scrambled eggs and pasteurized American cheese.

    Very good

Location is very good and convenient, even if you are a good walker, you can walk to the hotel from the airport and vice versa. You'll find plenty of restaurants and options around, the beach is just steps away from the hotel, they provide you towels, so you are covered! The crew is very kind, they try to do their best. Breakfast is good as well, we spent 3 nights and they vary the menu, which was good to us. Not too much to complain about, air conditioning was noisy, but worked anyway. We got a room with ocean/sstreet view, but unfortunately the glass was full of sand or salt I guess... so we couldn't enjoy the view.

I'm very sorry but the buffet breakfast every day was simply horrible! The staff controls every item you can receive such as substandard dried hard fruit, orange juice served in small glasses similar to a whisky shot glass which forces you to return 3 or 4 times to have enough to drink, dry substandard breads, and by the time the cook finally has your eggs ready (usually a 10 minute wait), the rest of your breakfast is cold and not enjoyable. My wife only orders fried eggs for her breakfasts but they refused to serve her what she wanted on our third day. The old lady tried to force my wife to eat her eggs the way the hotel wanted. Very disrespectful! Because the breakfasts were so poor, we never ate at their restaurant...thank God! In the hotel photos, the rooftop pool looked very appealing and attractive, but in reality it looked just like a concrete jungle. Hard looking concrete floors and walls with no landscape materials at all... as compared to the beautiful Casablanca Hotel right next door. Also, the hotel lobby has cheap looking plastic mold- like chairs and extremely low tables that can never be used by hotel guests. And the front desk staff in general, was accommodating to our simple questions, but we never experienced any special individual help or support from any members of the front desk personnel. But the maids were always kind and very sweet as we passed them in the hallway. This was a hotel we would not recommend to other travelers to San Andrés as there are so many other better opportunities.

locationq air condition poor, the temperature was too high. night staff no friendly.

The accomodations were great and the views are really beautiful. The rooftop is on a 9th floor, so you can see a lot of the sea and also s great part of the island. I got stuck in the elevator with my mom which suffers from claustrophobia for more than five minutes just because the building ran out of electricity. The emergency system didn't work and I had to contact the staff via WhatsApp (fortunately I had signal in there) as we couldn't communicate other way. The hotel is great in general terms, but it's noticeable that the infrastructure is quite old.

Breakfast was ok. Only one lady at the reception was quite nice, everyone else was not that much interested in service, it might be a cultural thing. Towels were lent for the beach. Beds were good. It is very noisy every single night, mostly because outside a lot of people walk the whole night with loudspeakers and stay quite long in front of the hotel with music, i.e. sleeping is a big issue. One night the person on the next room had music incredible loud, we complained at the reception and they just call the room, the person did not comply with lowering the music until long after that. The room walls were infested with a very small insect, we realized this at the very last day, we did not inform this to the hotel due to the service attitude they have. There was no warm water for showering, this was not informed before booking and should be a standard and basic service. There was no balcon or any place in the room where you can hang clothes to let it dry, this should also be a standard and basic service mostly next to a beach.
