Hotel San Luis Beach House by oxoHotel

Beach front the poll was good The staff are really rude and annoying always telling me what to do.

The beach area is perfect! It’s literally a walkout onto the beach The facilities are in bad shape. We were swapped into another room; however, between the two rooms: Rooms: TV inoperable, toilet inoperable, no toilet paper, no daily service of room, no shower head, no hot water (expected), water went out one evening, beds are a bit tough, pillows (only 2 provided) are extremely thin and uncomfortable. Locks on the doors are questionable at best. Food: Absolutely terrible! Do not eat there! We watched the roaches walking across the counters into the cabinets during dinner the first night. There is a great restaurant a block or two down on the left from the hotel that serves good food. The restaurant across the street has other things but stick to the burgers or you’ll regret it. Bar: Drinks from the bar ??‍♂️ just go next door to the beach bar or buy from the store across the street.

They have let the property deteriorate. The rooms are in poor condition. I understand that being near the water causes things to age quickly, but we've stayed at other properties on the same street that maintain their standards. Here at the hotel, it seems like they don't care. Last year, they mentioned plans to remodel, but this time I didn’t see any improvements. Additionally, the amenities need updating; there is no hot water available when needed. They no longer provide beach towels, and the towels in the room were old and smelled. We requested a change, but it took them two days to bring us new towels.

The location because it was in front of the beach The door of the bathroom didn't close, and we reported it many times and they didn't fix it until we paid another night and then they made us change rooms. Also, the WiFi was terrible, it didn't work, the WiFi from the Gobernación worked better. The cleanliness was not good. There was no hot water. And the facilities were not that new.

Nice location, interior and exterior design. It’s simple but still comfy. All the windows in the hotel are terribly dirty. Even though you have a room with a sea view you can’t really see it. Same story at the restaurant. There is a lot of dog’s poop on the territory of the hotel and it can be on its place by days before someone takes care of it. Sadly, the is no hot water in the shower.

The location of the hotel is ideal! The view is excellent as well, as the hotel is located right on the most beautiful beach in SAI. It is really near one of the best restaurants and bars on the San Luis beach. The staff is great and they really try to do the best they can to accommodate the visitors. The Wifi is good, I could work from the hotel, but from time to time the signal might drop. The amenities of the room were not as expected, not the rooms looked like the photos presented on booking, especially the bathrooms. Even if the rooms are being cleaned daily, the hotel is deteriorated and there is not much to improve. The variety of the breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is at beach line, you can jump from de swimming pool to the beach in few steps, the beach house is there to have soft drinks and snacks, and the best is their staff, Wally, Shakira, Dana, Yoceline, Yuli, MARCO!! Dwayne, Cari, Tatiana, Emita, Katerine, Julio, EL AUDITOR Willman and so many nice people

It was not at all like the pictures. I paid for a room in front of the beach but the room did not have a TV and did not have hot water. They change us to one room in front of the pool and in front of the cafeteria. They gave us only 3 days discount.
