Good location, clean. Bed was broken as there was a hole under the matress.

It was very autonomous. Almost like an apartment, it had everything I needed. Also, nothing went missing which is something that’s always scary so I appreciate respectful staff. The beds are kind of stiff as well as the pillows.

The Wi-Fi did not work in the room... Only in the center part of the hotel as in the description

Location is good. The A/C worked well. No Wifi connection unless you're right outside the reception. No hot water. Staff do not speak english. This was a barrier when trying to fix the safe which we never knew how to work ourselves.

The staff and location were excellent. Jose was the best. So close to the beach. Was the perfect spot, A/C was great! The only thing I could have wanted for was a bath mat and a throw blanket for the bed. Things I could have asked for I suppose.

Location was amazing. So close to the principal beach, shops and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and helpful in everything we’ve want .

the location is good. It’s about few minutes to the beach. the room with air conditioning, cleaning every day. it’s pretty calm during the night. Wi-Fi is available only in the common area and the common area is a place of a restaurant where a lot of people during the day. I had to work two days so for me it was a problem and you can’t put on charge laptop and keep working. Bad internet on San Andres it’s a general problem. the woman at the reception is very friendly, but you never will find her at the reception. you have to looking her, waiting or trying to call.
