Bay Club Hotel & Marina

Well located...easy...good f&b

Everything was great. The only issue was our ironing board was broken. So they had to give me a new one. And I wish they had a fan in the bathroom. But I love that place. It's a great day. The restaurant is amazing and the staff is fantastic.

The room was ok. The view was very nice. The staff were friendly. The parking at the hotel sucks. Especially if you have a large vehicle. Other than that it wasn't a horrible place to stay.

Staff was great-professional and helpful. Food at Grill was very tasty. Rooms were clean but need an upgrade. Need remodeling.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. Easy check in and was able to go in and out of the hotel easily. Staff was very helpful anytime I needed assistance. Thank you.

We had an excellent stay. The view was beautiful. It was nice to just cross the street to the beach. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Close to the bay Wish we had the chance to see more were there for Nascar on base.

Rooms were clean, like all hotels they could use better in room coffee.

Hot tub was dirty!!! Water wasn’t cleared!!!! TV was old. Not smart TV!!!

Great view of the harbor. Little restaurant had good food and waitress was great! Lively bar scene. Balcony was kinda dirty (seagull droppings) beds were a little too firm for our taste so not a restful sleep. Bathroom was super small/cramped. Staff was very friendly and we liked the underground parking which they waived the $24 fee because we’re handicapped

Rust on the bathtub was a unsightly mess Toilet seat needed to be fixed wobbly Loved the view Loved the restaurant attached It was nice to have a credit due to the parking fee attached to the hotel The area was nice to walk around to the other restaurants close by

Parking was expensive at $24 a night. You're not near the city but some rooms have city and marina view. Our big problem with this hotel was we paid extra for "bay" view room with balcony. Our room overlooked parking lot, 90% of the view was obstructed by a tree. Very noisy road and parking lot with loud party animals. We were also right next to cleaning supply room which was also at times noisy. I think we had one of worst hotel rooms. We actually thought we'd be getting a second floor room overlooking the marina but this was misleading on Expedia site. To their credit hotel offered to change rooms after 2 days but we didn't want the hassle. Would not recommend this hotel unless you see the room you'll be getting.

Very clean, helpful front desk. Parking large SUVs were a slightly challenge.

Beautiful views and kind staff. Went on NASCAR weekend without knowing, was woken up both nights from people being drunk and loud, thin walls and echoing patios were not fun. One night 3am and the next night 1:30am. I know customers can’t be controlled so it’s tough, but with the cost you would think it would be a calmer crowd.
