Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina

The activities put on by the kids department were pretty great and entertaining though. Very close to SeaWorld and the shuttle was nice.

20/10 Highly recommend this hotel. We did the ocean-view room on the top floor absolutely beautiful. The staff is so nice highly recommend this property!

Overall a nice stay, The store is ridiculously expensive near the pool area. I understand up charge but it’s more of a price gouge. The resort is nice so no complaints aside from them upcharging in the little store.

Magnifique

This was a great hotel and we had a lovely time here. We got breakfast included with our room for an extra fee and breakfast is plentiful and a beautiful big deck overlooking the marina. Views from our suite were outstanding and room was nice enough. Pool and hot tub could’ve been maintained and kept a little more clean than they were, but it was also crowded with lots of kids. Overall, a great day and we were very happy and would stay again if in the San Diego area

Shower in room very loud and not maintained I could hear the shower making loud noise upstairs and in our bathroom when water turned on Pool area unkempt and loud Roof below our room covered in bird droppings

Beautiful stay! Room was clean and spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful! Valet costs the same as self park and a bit pricey at that. Otherwise, really nice resort!

It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the valet service and upgraded room to kayaking on the bay and breakfast, the entire experience was wonderful. Two staff members made a lasting impression, although I unfortunately forgot their names. One gentleman, whose desk was near the ATM, brought us water while we waited in line. He helped us plan our day, suggested Belmont Park, and recommended routes for rollerblading with our kids. The lady who checked us in was also amazing. I remember her mentioning that her daughter’s name was Gracie. She connected with us genuinely and made our anniversary feel truly special. What could have been a disappointing change of plans became an unforgettable family experience. This was the best service I have ever received from a hotel staff. We will absolutely return!
