Hotel room is good but the parking was horrible.

All was good. Will come back again.

There was a nice variety of hot food items for breakfast. It irks me to have to pay for parking at a hotel that you're already paying to stay at.

We only stayed a night but the staff was nice & our room was clean.

The overall hotel was great, the pool, waterslide, layout and proximity to the Convention Center. Upon check-in, the hotel credit card terminals were not working. Instead of that being a possibility of why my multiple cards wouldn't go through, I was made to feel like I just didn't have enough money to stay there. A manager came out and all of sudden everything was working again and completed my check-in with no issues. We were attending the Tiki Oasis event at the Town & Country. And, it really seemed like the hotel did not schedule the appropriate staff or prepare their staff adequately for the number of people that were going to be there. The restaurant options were mediocre and understaffed. We had a great dinner at the Arlo on the 1st night we were there, the service and food was great. We went back for breakfast, were immediately seated and ordered in an empty restaurant. We then waited 45 minutes only to be told that there was no bartender on staff and that the waiter would google how to make our drinks, a bloody mary and salty dog. The food came out just before the drinks, and had obviously been sitting in the window because the biscuit was rock hard on top and soggy on the bottom, and the potatoes were burnt. We ate at the Lapper for a couple meals, and the food was ok, but it felt like the staff was untrained and again unable to handle the number of people there. The best food and service was from the bar at the pool. We decided to try Arlo again on Sunday for the Brunch. We walked in and were told there were no tables available, even though there were over 20 empty tables. It is a Sunday Brunch, if you have short staff, at least let us sit at a table and drink overpriced sparkling wine. The hostess then allowed 2 people who walked in behind us to sit at the full bar, which she did not offer to us. She was rude, and said she was told to tell people they needed a reservation. Whatever, won't be returning.

Room and common areas clean. They allowed us to check in early. Breakfast decent. Location good for walking to restaurants.

Booked this for my elderly parents and they were well taken care of. The staff were very kind and helpful and they rather enjoyed the moving robot room service experience!

Super friendly staff. Our flight got delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 3am and the front desk guy was super kind and helpful. Spacious and clean room. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable. Rooms spacious. Breakfast was solid compared to some options out there. Would absolutely stay here again.
