Small, but really a good price, location is fine
-
Not a safe or clean place
-
Window in our room did not close, we were right in the middle of the tenderloin, the floor was dirty, and there wasn’t even a trash can in the room. Do not recommend, we ended up leaving the same day we got there, we could not stay there.

Too much too and hearing crap from Yale university
-
I would not call this place a hotel. Like, at all.

Everything is good b
-
Do not book here!! Please

It's in the heart of the tenderloin district so he aware... Staff was nice but bedding was filthy. Otherwise if you just need a place, it'll do.

0 great hotel great people great location thank you

It was a very sketchy area which I was already aware of. But I was not prepared for the tent city and homeless people camping on the street right down the block. At check in I was accommodated with a so called bed upgrade which was just a raggedy queen bed. The room had no towels, no remote for the TV, and an open and used bar of soap on the sink. Graffiti was on the walls. I only stayed there for a couple hours and stayed out most of the my stay. It was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in!

The location helped us in a challenging time. Staff helped with a booking misunderstanding, and were helpful in finding a solution.

Querían reembolsar mi dinero por que no quise quedarme ahí por que el lugar estaba muy mal
-
TV, Microwave and refrigerator all were broken.

Just not it

To be fair on this property owner they did organise another hotel in the same area when they had maintenance issues and did walk me to the new hotel. But they probably felt they had to because it is an unsafe area with a lot of drugged people on the streets. But there is also a Police station on the block, which have some assurance.

terrible

The room was dirty, cigarette burns in the blanket, it was loud all night. Though they say no pets there were several dogs barking loudly and even a cat that was meowing/screaming in the hallways. It was cold and there was no heating in the room at all.

No ekevator. No cleaning room
-
Manager was understanding of adding extra nights and having extra guest to the booking. No deposit was required And check out was simple
