Beautiful location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and serviced so well. We definitely took advantage of the coffee and tea bar. Very comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel is in a really great, fun location with easy access to the city. The staff were all lovely and having the restaurant Nari on site was incredible. Unfortunately the room I was in was pretty basic, not super well maintained and felt more like a basic motel than a nice hotel. There are also no real amenities despite paying an additional resort tax. I would recommend this if you are looking for a nice simple hotel in a good area.

I always try to stay here when I’m in SF! Great location, comfortable rooms, and the 24/7 coffee machine puts it over the top.

    Nice hotel, great location.

I did not try the breakfast because it costs $32 per person for a continental buffet. Instead, we preferred to go to highly rated local restaurants with better options and prices. To top it off, the price booked through Expedia does not include a "resort fee" that the hotel charges upon check-out. This fee is over $40 per night—and honestly, what resort??

The entrance and bar was so beautiful. It was amazing to sit and relax after a busy day of walking around during the festival. Will absolutely visit again!

The pillows were terrible. I had poor sleep because they were polyester and very uncomfortable. I slept with a rolled up towel instead. They should get better pillows.

A very comfortable hotel in a convenient location that provides guests with everything they need. The constant availability of tea, coffee, and two kinds of water in the lobby was particularly appreciated. The landscaping is simple but beautiful. My room was clean and quiet, with a nice view. I highly recommend!
