Safe location near Japan town. Attentive staff. Modern and clean room. We got ground floor which was actually below street level, due to the hilly location. The parking was very expensive. 55$ a day

Loved the location in Japantown. Was a great area to frolic around in. The hotel and staff were great. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well kept.

I am giving the hotel three stars because the staff did not inform me that road work was taking place outside my room starting at 6:00 AM both mornings of my stay. The closed window and ear plugs was not enough to deaden the sound. I let them know my feelings at check out and that I would have chosen a different hotel if I had been informed about the noise. It's their responsibility to inform guests of these kinds of disturbances, as the city posts maintenance schedules days in advance.

Location-close to the Spanish consulate The restaurant upstairs was nice. I just had tea there one evening but the waitstaff was attentive and the place was attractive I did not think the property was a 4 star hotel. I have stayed at other 4 star hotels through Booking and this missed the mark. It reminded me of a Hampton Inn. Clean but bare bones

The hotel was in a nice location for the event that we were attending however we were disappointed that there was no parking available onsite. The suggested parking options were either full or several blocks away. Thankfully we did not have a lot of luggage. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We even enjoyed the window seat in the room. The cost of the room was quite expensive but you are paying for the convenient location to The Fillmore.

Great place to stay. Very safe and easy to get to places throughout the city. Nice staff. Good rooms. Parking onsite. Just call ahead to reserve. Fillmore is close by for restaurants and japantown is the best.

Good location in Japantown Room was very smelly and it is not possible to open window more than 5 cm. The windows in the building are blocked on purpose. That makes the whole hotel unventilated and smelly damaging the overall impression a lot.

Right in the middle of everything . Enjoyed our stay.

The moment you step inside, the lobby welcomes you with a warm, serene atmosphere that immediately sets a peaceful tone. The rooms are spotless and beautifully kept, and the staff brings it all together with genuine kindness and helpful professionalism that makes every moment feel completely effortless.

The staff was wonderful! They provided a toothbrush and tea, free of charge, and let us keep our car parked in the garage an extra hour. I will definitely stay here again!
