Hotel Andoria

Reservation was for my disabled mother who utilizes a wheelchair and it hard of hearing. She sais she had the best staff, always helpful even when getting in her Uber when the driver didnt want to help with her wheelchair. I really felt they took care of her and we will be going back in the future. The food was great too and the prices. The room was clean and comfortable. later my aunt joined and was able to share the room with my mom for a reasonable fee. We are definitely going back.

Small television could do with a 46 inch tv or bigger and premium channels or tvs with mirror features. Phone apps can connect to television.

Great location for getting to the center of San Salvador, and having the mall within walking distance provided many options for food and shopping. Very clean and well kept, very friendly service. I guess you're not supposed to leave the AC on in the room at all when you are gone. Some of the gifts we brought for our hosts melted during the day while we were gone.

My only complaint was the water for me should be a little hot, . And when you going to yours early tours they should give you a little bag with bread to go.. anyway people and please is worth it

It was quiet and staff were friendly. Breakfast Good. Location: near a major shopping center Bathroom small. One electrical outlet that you could use and it was behind the bed. I had to move the bed to get to the socket. no elevator. Small (32 inch) TV with bad quality cable feed

Breakfast was pleasant with cheerful staff promptly meeting guests. The meal however while very good was limited as far a proteins to eggs took nearly 20 minutes to serve. Coffee was very good though actual milk and cream were substituted with dehydrated packets. Very small TV. So small I couldn't read the text on the screen to select options from my bed even with glasses on.

Didn't expect alot because it was a low stars graded hotel,but staff were friendly,pay attention to the customer,when needing anything they were helpful.Hotel is not far from alot of tourist places.

Extremely convenient to metrocentro mall and easy to uber around the city Hot water did not work as well as I hoped as it was a retrofitted shower head water heater

The location mostly. Two beds in a little room . The shower wasn't too good . Breakfast was not on time .

The location is great, close to huge shopping mall and a quick and cheap Uber ride from points of interest as a tourist ( centro , terminals , etc ) I had an AC problem which have been resolved quickly, just be aware that the AC is noisy. Free coffee for the guest , which is highly appreciated And the building is nice , outside and inside Spotted a cockroach in the room

The room was of a good size and in the back of the hotel so away from the noisy road. Breakfast is ok, complementary coffee all day in the breakfast area. Vending machine for snacks and soft drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful and let us stay in the breakfast area for some hours after check out because we had a night flight back home. The hotel has several nicely decorated patio’s but in March they get too hot to enjoy them. The hotel is a 5 $ Uber trip away from the city center. So if you need to be there everyday you have to add 10 US $ to your daily costs. But the good thing is you are close to nice (also friendly priced) local restaurants. We liked Clavo and Clavela. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived because the Aircon was in repair. This was fixed the same afternoon however our Aircon was very old and loud. Other rooms had newer machines. The hotel was fully booked so no possibility for a room change. Try to avoid room 211 if you can.
