On the edge of town, so very tranquil and quiet. Best sleep webhave had in Mexico. Charming room with a two story turret Sent a message that was never responded to. Driveway is very narrow and very steep.

Hacienda Caudillos is set on the side of a mountain. It’s absolutely pristine. Beautiful views out of the dining area. Wonderful service. This was our first family visit and we hope to make it a regular vacation destination. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place for you.

This hacienda is so cool. We rented two rooms for our family of four. The rooms and other facilities were beautiful, comfortable, and historic. The staff treated us like royalty. And San Sebastien del Oeste is a really neat town.

The hotel is so pleasant, made even better by the friendliness and service orientation of the staff. Isobel was amazing in her can-do attitude, and even provided early morning boxed breakfast service, suitable for birder's hours. Speaking of birds, the property is surrounded by native pine-oak woodland, replete with seasonal flowering plants. Bird song soothes from the forest while drinking a glass of wine on the outdoor verandah next to the restaurant. We will be back. Parking is a bit cramped and limited... though this is workable... and most of the time there aren't that many vehicles anyway.

The place is absolutely beautiful with well appointed rooms. You're totally transported to the luxurious Haciendas.

It was nice to have coffee and cookies. We declined breakfast. The facility was very nice and interesting. a couple of friendly cats. Loved the fireplace. Staff was very nice and helpful. No internet or phone service. Location was too far from town. You could not walk it. you would need a car.

The Jacuzzi is cold.

The king room was beautiful. Enjoyed the fireplace. The setting is gorgeous...surrounded by nature. It's a bit of a trek to the center of the pueblo, but an enjoyable one. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Had to ask for hair drier and hand towels. At this price point, they should be in room. Had trouble with cable TV...out more than in.

Some of window screens were damaged and not keeping the mosquitos and bugs out. With no AC, it was too hot to keep windows closed so had bugs in room. The hot tub wasn't working.

It was a little expensive for the area as we have visited other hotels on various occasion less pricey…room lovely but no services such as refrigerator, bar, breakfast not included in a bed & breakfast over $220 USD? 2 towels only-no hand towels -but property was nice. See above
