Location No lock on the room door. We had a 12” long piece of rebar to secure door from inside. Absolutely no way to secure the room from the outside.

Great location and friendly staff.

It is close to the Center of the town When I arrived they said that my booking was not registered. After proofing them that I booked a room they showed me my room. It was full of moisture, the bathroom was flushed and it smelled terrible in there. I then got an other one but this was still not nice. No Wi-Fi reachable from there, the sink was dirty, broken and the water of the shower was damn cold. No daily housekeeping either. The door of the room was broken. Never again! Worst experience of my life!

It’s a hostel and NO hot water Dark

Location Where to start … spiders (large) many, no coffee cups, no dining area, no lock on inside of entry doors (had to run a piece of reinforcing steel bar thru 2-drilled holes!, entry ramp to entry very dangerous for handicap, towels were very rough no softener used, no table lights as overhead lights (bare bulbs), left at midnight due to insects and bed bugs and finally very young kids running and dumping above our room with loud entertainment going strong at 12:15AM. We packed up at left back to Puerto Vallarta (2-½ hour drive) to our home unhappy with this particular hotel and Booking.com for allowing for this property to be on site. We have stayed many days in San Sabastian over the years and never experienced this miss-information or quality. Please remove this establishment from your selection until they intact represent their photos and descriptions.

The location was perfect, hotel was charming. There was no water. There was no hot water. There was no one to tell theses problems too either

Good location. Hot water. Our room was dirty, had stained sheets, and a moldy smell. Bathroom sink was gross. The staff and family were very loud right outside our window through the night when we were trying to sleep- loud talking, kids screaming, etc. There was also a very bright hallway light shining into our room, that illuminated our room through the night. A horrible night of sleep, we got out of there as soon as possible in the morning.

the location was centrally located the room smelt like drain water, the light from the hallway was shinning into the room through a window with no curtain. it was also noisy !

No one was there to great us and the towels had holes in them.

Staff is very nice, very well located, comfortable, clean.

the bed was big and with enough blankets to stay warm the bathroom smelled like mold, even the toilet paper was moist and there was no hot water so I couldn’t shower.

location was convenient. The shower head was so clogged I couldn’t take a shower. It sprayed water to the toilet because of a bad connection to the water pipe. The room smelled strongly of mold. There was no coffee to use in the advertised coffee maker which still had water in it from a previous customer. No instructions or person at front desk when I was checking out at 8:30 AM, just left my key on the counter.

Location The humidity of the room and overall bathroom was terrible
