The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff, friendly and helpful. I don't like using apps, I am old fashioned and still prefer having a menu for room service.

It is a beautiful and elegant property. Very classy. The staff is very well trained and accommodating. The gym is a bit dirty and both elliptical machine are broken and only go to resistance number one, so you can’t get a high intensity workout on either one and they have been that way for a year.

Good room, clean, good wifi, superb breakfast, friendly staff. Room not ready at arrival 14:30 and wait over 1 hour. Front desk staff mixed level of attention. Otherwise staff is super friendly and attentive.

Its lovely that the have transport to and from the mall , that was a nice touch Overall we had a lovely stay, coming back every chance i get. Let them please add a sticker on the cars for easy reconciliation.

The staff were amazing throughout my long stay. I was given a lovely, spacious room with a beautiful view—thank you, Howard. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. Room service was also great; I really appreciated the heated tray, which kept the food warm. Bed was a bit hard ..

I liked how easy and close everything was and you can find everything in one location. This hotel was an excellent first pick for me and am glad I started my vacation / birthday trip at the NH hotel Sandton Johannesburg. The staff service was top notch, excellent customer service and always willing to assist. I special thank you to Percy one of the security guards he was so welcoming,pleasant and has a warm smile. Thank for everything sir I really appreciate you. Everything was great. I personally didn't have and bad review.

The atmosphere is a bit 90s, lightly outdated, but there's still a charm to that.

to show reception that i had been approved for the 6th floor when booking and it was confirmed by the hotel. Breakfast items are not attractive and do not look fresh and the tables are so untidy and unattended to, not good at all. Now i am using the Executive lounge for breakfast and i find it wonderful there.
