Proximity to Nelson Mandela square Basic rooms are terribly small, had to upgrade to a decent sized room. No amenities in the room, bathroom is smack in the middle of the living space.

Very close to Nelson Mandela Square.. walkable really. Fantastic amenities and really good tech too. Staff very friendly and overall a great hotel.

Meals mostly are not vegetarian and vegan friendly, there is need to improve that section. The tea stations only offer coffee and not everyone takes coffee, other options must be available as well. The app is not as user friendly as the staff think

Everything. Small but nice room, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Our car was too high for the underground parking and we could park at the secure backyard. We did enjoy a rather varied breakfast buffet. Very nice decor. Very close, 2 minutes walk, to Nelson Mandela Square, Shopping Mall and nice restaurants. -

The rooms are comfortable and the staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast station, particularly where omelettes are made, was terribly long.. stood in the line for a long time.

Breakfast exhaust pipes don’t work very well. After breakfast i would find my clothes smelled like oil.
