The location is perfect for shopping and going to the restaurants at Mandela Square. No need for a car at night because you’re right there!

Great location
-
Close by to restaurants and the mall . Very friendly staff . They helped me get through a crisis when my phone and wallet was stolen Na

I arrived at 11AM and immediately did the paperwork for check-in by 2 o’clock. However when I went back at 2PM for the check-in people who did the paperwork after me had room before me and I had to wait almost 2 hours to get the room.

Convenient and good parking. Staff is attentive. Particularly helped by Ofentse at the reception. Rooms are very small and not comfortable for two. Difficult to get collected by Uber due to some sort of rules which prevent hotel door collection. Had to walk to the street.

The location is the best one, and the staff, also. Nqobile, the best host ever!
-
Simple, Next to the Mall No place to organize the clothes inside the room, no show de cap

Location Rooms are too small

Everything was on point also like that it's just near the mall The room was a bit small

Its location is opposite Sandton City. On our first night, my son got locked out of his room due to a faulty card system. They told us, "Sorry, nothing can be done; the technician will come tomorrow." They gave him a new room, BUT all his clothing, cell phone, medication and the rest of his stuff were in his locked room. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Just sorry. My son went to breakfast the next morning without shoes and wearing the clothes from the previous day. I would have expected that management would contact us and offer some form of apology or compensation. The technician mentioned that this had happened before with the room (310).

The hotel is ideally located next to Nelson Mandela square which makes it really convenient to go out to dinner at night by foot. The area feels very safe. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options and was good. And the staff were really nice. It was not my first visit here and it’s always good. Won’t be my last either.

The location was very easy to get too and the staff were extremely helpful. The only problem was that Ubers/cabs weren't allowed to pick us up in front of the hotel or at the entrance. The distance from the hotel to the pick up spot was a bit of a distance away. The cabs across the street were hostile towards ubers coming to pick up guests at the hotel.
