Good location and excellent free breakfast!?

Paper thin walls: when the next door neighbors took a shower it sounded like they were in ours. We requested two beds for our twins (17 y o boy and a girl), but got one double bed instead ((

Amazing!! We reserved the family suite and had two totally separate rooms separated by a hallway and one shared bathroom and mini fridge (no kitchen, but tons of space to bring back food and eat). Breakfast was 20/10 (larger than pics showed--fresh pastries, paninis, muffins, cake from a nearby bakery, fresh fruit). Staff was so helpful and accommodating--and they make a great cappuccino. Took us about 7 minutes to drive to the heart of Montepulciano. Took a 8-minute walk to a great little restaurant. LOVED the free on-site parking. Can't do better than this for the price. Shower door didn't close completely, but now we're just nitpicking.

Wonderful tourist hotel that was comfortable for our one-night stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was terrific!

Comfortable and clean. The check-in process was very smooth and fast, even tho we arrived late. The staff is very kind and the rooms, breakfast, and the hotel are very good. We recommend it!

The staff were very kind and smiley especially the lady serving us at the breakfast. The breakfast itself was a pleasant surprise. The room wasn’t completely quiet, as we could hear some sounds coming from the kitchen and nearby rooms.

Mrs. Katja was an excellent host, super super hostess, very kind and available for anything. All praise everything was great

The place was very clean, BF was delicious, we had a very comfortable stay. Was surprised with a handwritten note and a gift of a bottle of wine from the owner, amazing, thank you. Most of all, the staff, Kathy, was very helpful, warm and efficient. She is a real asset to the Organisation. Her young assistant was friendly and helpful too. Thank you Marvin, for a wonderful stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. Staff was super nice, they had the room well prepared for us including complimentary bottle of Tuscan wine.

The lady at reception!!! So lovely, kind and super helpful. She gave us a great explanation of the surroundings and what we could do during our stay. We were even given a bottle of wine and sweet treats for our wedding anniversary. The room was clean, a generous size with loads of space. It's situated just out of Montepulciano so you need a car or public transport to get there. The breakfast was lovely and generous. A great spot. The bed was quite firm but that's just my personal preference. The place was perfect and we loved it.

Hotel was clean, with good breakfast. Best value for money. Lady from the reception and breakfast was so kind and helpful. We loved her.

Really lovely hotel with a great variety of foods for breakfast. The lady in charge was really lovely. Very friendly and there to help at all times. We were left a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch!

The hotel was well equipped and Katia was just a fantastic informative host. Nothing to not like
