The kitchen area was a great added bonus, with plates and utensils provided as well. The room is cute and so close to everything! Very pleased! I recommend and I'll be back!

The really nice view Staff was extremely strict on the check out time, even while admitting they changed the policy after we booked our reservation.

The ocean view rooms are far nicer than the street view rooms. We paid extra for the ocean view and were glad we did. Parking was included for our room. Fantastic location! We first reserved a street view room but didn't realize it. We were lucky that we could cancel that room and upgrade to an ocean view room. However, it cost a lot more than we had expected to pay. This was not the hotel's fault.

The location on the water and so close to the village. The room was clean. The queen size bed was more like a king size and comfortable. Nice carport parking. Finding it. Your website needs to give specific instructions how to enter your location. I drove right by observing the no right turn sign. The traffic was the worst and it took one full hour to just turn around. I called and the nice lady gave me specific instructions and I had my AAA road map in hand. The tea provided was awful and tasted like it was 10 years old. Toss it all out and go do Safeway and buy some Twinings or Bigelow. The coffee was pretty good. The box of Kleenex provided was almost empty. I thought it was expensive for what we got with no view, but I know the beachfront location comes at a premium.

Had the worst View out of all the rooms. The only view of the street. And there were plenty of availabilities but since we booked with you we couldn't change it. I

Great location. Steps from the beach, the wharf and the esplanade. Staff was very friendly and accommodated a request for decorating my daughter’s room for her birthday. Room temps were a little hard to dial in, but we spent most of our days out and about so not a real issue.

Proximity to everything! We had a great view from our king suite! The suite had everything we needed and was clean. Staff was very accommodating, even assisting us with a late check-in. It’s definitely an older building and you can hear your neighbors above and below at times. A little noisy as it’s on a main street. The bed was just OK not the most comfortable. Balcony is shared with the entire floor level, so not a ton of privacy if you have people walking back-and-forth on the balcony.

It’s very walkable to a lot of restaurants and the capitola boardwalk. None

I like it was very large we end up with handicap room, but everything is roomier. Only bad thing was street noise was very loud and no view. But all in all, was great place to stay was very clean room was impressed by that. The street noise was sometimes too much but I guess can't do much about that we had Room 1. Not having a permit spot to park had a parking pass which is nice, but we felt we could not drive anywhere in fear of losing our spot.

Location Manager was rude & curt, Bianca.

Amazing view in an incredible location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing

Bianca was very polite and made us feel good. Room 8 was incredible. So far this is the best Hotel we have stayed in and we will be coming back ? Nothing

The heater wouldn't turn off by itself and I got REALLY hot in the middle of the night.

The hotel was a beachfront hotel with excellent views of the ocean and downtown Capitola Village. The room was bright, clean, and quaint, especially the way it was decorated. The room had just the right amount of accessories and the staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was soft and could have been firmer.
-
I love that it was close to the beach. The staff was so friendly and the room was charming! We had a king sized bed and I had to sleep on a cot that wasn’t comfortable.
-
Love the location! Rooms were very nice with beachy vibe.
-
Love the walkable location and an available amenities in the room . Nothing it was all good . Weather didn’t cooperate too much but it was all good

I liked the second floor balcony where I could sit and watch the bird, waves, clouds and people. Easy to walk to a restaurant to eat. Our room was very warm. Our windows opened onto the street. It would have been nice if there was a fan in the room. Room one had no parking assigned and that was hard as I am handicapped.

Located at the base of the pier. No smoking and no pets! :) Low water pressure in the shower. Loud noise from pedestrians and traffic.
-
Mattress was hard. The traffic noise. Didn’t like we had to park on the street.
