Amazing property and fantastic helpful staff

The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is standard continental breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to the beach. It's a motel, not fancy, but good enough for one night stay.

Our stay was wonderful. Besides an odd oder in the bathroom, the room was clean and temperature controlled. Breakfast was exactly as advertised. Location was perfect. We were no more than 10 to 15 minutes from the places on our itinerary. Plenty of free parking! Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants within 10 miles of the hotel.

The hotel was clean and maintained fairly well, except the hot tub which was old and pretty small. The bed was very comfortable.

This place is filthy! Our room, which cost $424 for one night through Experian, was filthy. I've stayed in Super 8 hotels that were nicer and cleaner. The bathroom was filthy, there was what appeared to be blood splattered on the bathroom wall and tub, we cleaned up a spill of water on the main room floor and the cloth was brown, there was something on the wall above the bed, the bathroom faucet didn't work properly so you had trouble turning water on or off, the bedside table was filthy and the lamp covered in dust, the windows were so filthy you couldn't see out. There is no deadbolt system or secondary locking system on the room doors. We blocked it with a chair to prevent break-in during the night. The place is a dump. We asked to see the manager but were told she is only on site from noon till 2pm M-F. Probably why the place is so filthy.

Stay Away! It's SOO Overpriced for what you get!!! And the room next to me, when the person was in the Shower, A VERY LOUD Screeching noise and when the shower stopped, it turned on the light on MY Nightstand!! WTH!! The street noise is loud too! It is NOT WORTH $400 Bucks a night!!! Never staying there Again

We highly recommend this Inn! It is charming and very close to down town.

Santa Cruz is a gem, so love to stay there. Mission Inn was a great base to operate from.

Rooms were clean but needed a good dusting. There was a lot of dust accumulated on the wall in the room we had. Very bad for people with allergies. Also, the pipes squealed something awful every time there was a shower in the room next to us. Other than that, our stay was pleasant

I appreciated Jennifer, the front desk clerk, who was warm, professional and very helpful. Nice, clean rooms, tasty breakfast and lovely garden landscaping in the property.

I liked that this property for the most part had a lot of things near by. It was not noisy, very calm, and parking was very convenient.

Staff at front office was very rude when I was looking for bottled water. Also the hot tub smelled like urine.

My second time staying there and both times have been great nicely kept comfortable beds quiet room rooms. Staff is very friendly and a good simple breakfast in the morning.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We also really enjoyed the breakfast with a decent amount of options. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the hot tub, but everything else about our stay was excellent. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would gladly return in the future.

Great location. Plenty of parking. Restaurants and grocery stores are walking distance from the property.
