Não gostei foi do fato do ar condicionado não funcionar e um dos funcionários da recepção foi muito rude e não tinha à tendência de querer solucionar o problema. Tivemos que usar ventilador

The only significant problem was the air conditioning. It wasn't working, and the room temperature was like 20/25°C at night. I reported the issue several times, but it was never resolved. I believe other guests experienced the same problem as well

We asked for a manager at the reception for more than a week, but he was able to talk to us on the last day, as we didn't wanted to live without talking to him. So, on our last day we managed to talk to Juan, the assistent mananger, who promised us that he'll talk to the customer department and he will send us an e-mail that day or the next one, as we asked for a refund of air conditioner price that we payed for the room. Giving the fact that we presented him photos of food (chicken and pork) that were raw served at the dinner, we also told him that in the hotel were 2 guys that were trying to sell drugs at the pool (even to the life guard), he asked us not to send a review over the hotel

No AC. Staff were not friendly, nothing resolved before the manager came. All inclusive did NOT include all food!

Excellent hotel location. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and offered a great variety of choices.

Excellent value for money since it included breakfast. The pool seemed nice and the beach was close. Large selection of food available for breakfast. The lack of parking was annoying. I had to circle around for awhile until I found a parking space.

Breakfast and dinner was very good. Dinner we had alot of choices. I love the dinner. The rooms have no fridge for an island that is very hot.

Hotel staff were smiling and helpful. It was so often to see dirty plates/glasses on the bar, definitely they must replace the staff who is washing dishes.

Amazing spacious room. Staff were helpful and happy. I didn’t use the pool as it was quite busy but it looked lovely and I only stayed a night so I didn’t have time. Shower was powerful. Nice location, very close to beach.
