Cleaning, When we check in I was miss leading by the receptionist about check out. That lead myself and my wife to pay extra and got new flights. Unreal.

The property was in a beautiful calm place just by the amazing beach of Santa Maria with amazing blue waters and within walking distance to the city. Everything was clean and in good conditions. The room we stayed was one of the basic ones so we were positively surprised when we realised we had a balcony with a side view of the sea. The staff was always super nice and the food very good. Highly recommend. Nothing.

everything!! the only improvement note I’ve is the Wi-Fi signal as sometimes doesn’t work. apart from this, everything was perfect (including the classes by the pool). will definitely come back !!

lovely staff who would do anything to help you and spoke great English and a short walk into town. the BBQ Fish and salad option at lunch made it easy to be relatively healthy. The Asian night was really good for starter and main courses (spring rolls, sushi, fish soup) but the pad Thai wasn’t great. the local ‘tasting menu’ was good too lots of food options but definitely the focus was on quantity rather than quality. We couldn’t find much on the buffet we wanted to eat for breakfast- coming from the UK it wasn’t to our taste and we weren’t able to get tea (lots of fruit and herbal options but no black tea). very busy around the pool (definitely needs more than one for the amount of rooms in the hotel) however you could always get a space at either the pool or the beach. animation was frequent and loud which might be a plus for some but it was a bit much for us trying to relax at the pool so we headed to the furthest possible corner of the beach. Drinks wise, we found that all the included drinks were very sweet and spirits and wine were poor quality so stuck to beer and water and bought wine when we had the thematic meals. We went out 4 nights because lunch and dinner on the all inclusive was the same

We had a wonderful time. Large and spacious rooms with air conditioning, cleanliness, silence throughout the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. The meals were easy. Loud music near the pool. We don't need animation with music, we needed relax with no stress :)
