Overall the stay was perfect just what we wanted and expected. Would definitely stay here again. The room was nice, clean and worth it! The beds where super comfortable, overall space was good enough for the 4 of us. The gym was a plus, for my kids and breakfast was decent..

The room was nice and clean . The breakfast is good and the Hotel is walking distance to many stores and also the beach .

A very disappointing visit. On the morning of June 13th, I encountered customer service that was far below acceptable standards—the receptionist was openly hostile and lacked any basic courtesy. Furthermore, their financial and administrative processes are a complete mess. I was handed an invoice with incorrect billing details (wrong buyer information), and to make it worse, the amount they actually charged to my card was calculated incorrectly and differed from the issued invoice. A total lack of competence on every level. A very disappointing visit. Property is clean and safe. Unfortunately, our room was stuffy without having a bathroom fan. The windows don’t open so we felt airflow was restricted. Our air conditioner was not keeping up either. When I told the front desk as we were checking out, she just said she’d take note of it.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was pretty terrible. The hot tub was in dire need of being cleaned/treated, and the pool was freezing cold. It’s under a roof so it doesn’t get much sun.

This hotel has very nice amenities. The fire pit on the pool terrace was very nice. The fitness center was excellent with a nice bottle filler station. Breakfast was just okay. I wished they served the omelets every day because the scrambled eggs were very watery and poor. Also, there is not enough seating for everyone during breakfast and the staff did a poor job keeping up with the trash cans. The trash cans were often overflowing by the end of breakfast.

It was very clean, rooms big, staff very attentive and breakfast was really good; lots of close restaurants It has nothing to do with the property but all the extra taxes was a bit of a surprise to me although I’m pretty sure I read about it when booking, it just added more than I anticipated.

This hotel is very well situated with good size rooms (and high ceilings). Breakfast was good and property very clean. Will definitely stay here again.
