Great location, just a 7 min walk to the pier. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful, gym was great and beds were comfy! We’d happily return and recommend.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to the highway Easy to walk downtown Santa Monica and to the beach They didn’t clean and make the bed every day 2 days they did not clean my room, not even make the bed or take the trash It’s supposed to be a hotel not a motel. If they are not going to clean some days then they should charge less those days The elevators take forever. The gym is too small and the pool doesn’t have enough space for a full capacity hotel

Great location, about a 10-minute walk from the pier. Nice room and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had limited options, the coffee was not good, and although breakfast was included in our booking, the staff had to double-check it.

5mins walk from the metro station. 10mins walk from the pier so we could watch the beautiful sunset. The room wbs very clean and staff were helpful.

Property and staff were great. No drinking water supplied during the stay and grab and go were selling drinks including at extortionate prices. Not great for a 4 star hotel, I think it’s reasonable to have drinking water supplied for the rooms and not over charge for items in the hotel shop - understand that the hotel has to make a profit but the prices are embarrassing.
