Well my tv didn’t work they were supposed to come back and fix it and never did , also low water pressure and the room was stuffy ! We were comp a free breakfast which made us all sick !

Only thing great about this hotel was the valet service. Rooms were old and bathrooms musty. Hallways filthy. Restaurant was so small and basically in the lobby. Restaurant service was unbelievably slow and food was terrible. This hotel should be rated a 2 star. Far from beach. Would not stay here again.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and the location is excellent.

The concierge at the front was extremely helpful. The guy who helped us get our bikes (Eric) another gem. He was very helpful and professional.

It is a cozy hotel with a very nice feel to it. It’s a walking distance from a nice and quiet beach. The restaurant and pool are small, but good. I’d definitely recommend it.

Check in was friendly and the room was pretty clean. The room location was extremely bad--I have never seen worse. Almost inexplicable for a Hyatt. It was literally immediately adjoining a pool, but the pool belongs to an apartment complex next door and except for a prison-like iron gate, we could have jumped right in. Bizarre and uncomfortable. The room was billed as city view, but it was not even that--it was a crummy apartment view. Hardly up to Hyatt standards--or so I thought. Worse of all, we were told that booking.com reservations were given absolute last priority and we got what we got. Felt like a second class citizen.
