Santa Monica Hotel

It was a good stay, beds a little uncomfortable, and no air conditioner, which is probably noted but I didn’t read anywhere there wasn’t. No fridge in room either

We reserved the bikes the night before. The next morning woke up and the bikes had been given to another group. The staff said there was no notes for us reserving the bikes. Very frustrating because I talked to the night staff when we checked in twice about the bikes. The hotel is 20 minute walk to Santa Monica pier.

The interior was reinovated. The staff was very helpful! We would choose this motel again when we visit LA!!😀

Based on the standard room description, I assumed air conditioning was included, but that wasn't the case at this property; fortunately, the temperature dropped, and the fan in the room was somewhat sufficient—though I also had to open the doors and windows to cool the place down. The price was absolutely excessive.

The room was clearing and the bathroom too, nice fridge and a really nice lounge area in front of our room. The staff was kind and helpful. Free parking in front of our room and a free wifi. We'll come back if we have a possibility.

Free parking for one vehicle per stay; an extra vehicle is $20. Not the best rating for cleanliness. Only plus is the location.

I have being here several times I love the property and the friendly staff ( especially Rosa and Paola ), all of them treated me like family,comfy room, close to the beach. Definitely I will be back soon 😊

Really clean and comfortable room. The free e-bikes were excellent fun. Easy 20 min walk to the beach in a nice safe area. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were really modern and pretty.

Free parking, the room was equipped with everything you need. No dining or shopping possibilities in walking distance, the room was clean but the bed sheets were questionable and we had issues with their accounting.

Excellent location. Spacious rooms with all the amenities. Very clean and the light breakfast is a lovely touch.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was more like a light snack, but it was very convenient and a nice bonus. I also really appreciated that the staff kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier and check out a bit later. Thank you for being so accommodating! The location is perfect. There is a Starbucks and a Panda Express nearby, so it’s very easy to grab a coffee or something to eat. The only thing I didn’t like was that the windows couldn’t be opened. There wasn’t much fresh air in the room for me personally. There is a ventilation system, but I still felt like I needed more fresh air.
