Nice staff

Very good location close to shopings and restaurants

Excellent location right on the beachfront. Hotel is beautifully maintained and close to all the amenities of Santa Monica.

Ocean view was awesome, staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The property is in need of repair. The room was mostly clean, but there were water bubbles in the bathroom by the tub as though there had been a leak. The tub was scratched and stained, and the calking was dirty and mildewed. There were also stains on the furniture in the bedroom and spots on the furniture that hadn’t been cleaned which looked disgusting.

Heidi at the front desk was wonderful in helping us check and made everything so easy. She went above and beyond her job on recommending restaurants things to do and putting us on the beach view which was really nice.

Staff was very friendly, they even provided a late check out for me for free. The hotel was very cleanr, it is close to the beach and quite a few restuarants.

Whitney at the front desk was wonderful when we arrived. She was friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful, which made us feel welcome from the start. The hotel and service were excellent. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and all the attractions we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
