The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. We would stay here again.

The hotel staff was amazing. They helped with local recommendations for restaurants as well as activities. It was lovely to have a coffee shop in the lobby and a bar on the roof. The views were spectacular especially around sunset.

Loved our stay!

The property is kept clean. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi daily. The pool bar is convenient and drinks are delicious. From our window we could see the Pacific Ocean while stepping out of the room we overlook of the pool from the 5th floor. This was the perfect location for us we definitely will return and ask for the same room.

It was a lovely stay at The Eden. Beautiful beach views and beach access. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Love this place

The property is really pretty, especially the pool area and the Velvet Lounge has amazing sunset views, a cool vibe, and good drinks. The location is perfect for exploring the Santa Monica Pier area with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. My only complaint was that they didn't restock our towels or toilet paper and a few requests went unanswered. The rooms could be more well appointed for the price. Overall it was a good stay!

I was very pleased with my stay at the Eden. The customer service experience, and overall hospitality was excellent. The location is prime and I really appreciated the maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Beautiful property, prime location. I do wish the bed furniture was up to date compared from previous hotels I've stayed at in the past. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. No complaints there.

A lot of things seemed like they were damaged. Staff were very kind. I wish they had coffee available before 7am too.

Pool was refreshing
