Location is great.
-
Everything was amazing! High recommended!

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Staff was very helpful. I only got to stay one night. I booked a basic room due to the location and the fact that it was a work trip. One of the nicest rooms was available and the gentleman at the front desk asked if I'd like to upgrade. I accepted the offer and ended up staying in a great room with an ocean view. Honestly wish I could've stayed another day to enjoy the dining options. I will recommend to other friends. Thank you guys for a memorable trip in Santa Monica!

The staff was , the Bell boy Jerome was so helpful and kind . The breakfasts wonderful , everything was great
-
Truly an art deco gem across the street from the ocean. Inspired and helpful staff, generously sized rooms and thoughtful amenities. A highly recommended property.
-
The staff was rude and not professional. They spoke foreign languages and did not seem to like there jobs. My privacy was invaded as the employees made fun and mocked the things they saw in my room.
-
Great location, attentive staff; great fitness facility; housekeeping very good Parking way too expensive, shockingly so Bathroom on small side
-
Proximity to beach Way overpriced for what you receive. Poor communication be aware that they charge $100 a day for parking in addition to your stay and it’s not mentioned until your credit card gets charged. Incredibly poor communication. Unless you’re staying here for nostalgia would not recommend.
-
Amazing hotel. Felt like we were staying in hotel direct from a Wes Anderson movie. Hotel is unique and beautiful. The staff is smart, very helpful and the highest quality. The location is unbeatable. You feel very special staying here.

Loved every minute. So thoughtful..
-
Staff breakfast location all excellent.

The room however was a disappointment. It felt more like my friend’s old homes in LA than a luxury hotel. The decorative pillow on the chair was dirty, tattered and worn. The rug was disgustingly dirty; I’m not sure it has ever been cleaned. There was no shower door so water got everywhere. Toilet paper was thin. No makeup mirror. View was of the building next door and storage containers with a tiny sliver of beach. No coffee machine and very minimal decor in the room. We were near the elevator and you could hear the elevator door…every time it opened. The staff however were the absolute best although minimal.
-
Everything. Staff friendly, loved having a bell boy, valet parking. Suite spacious, decorated with nostalgia, very clean and cute.
-
The location is perfect with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. I love the art deco recreation of an exclusive 1930's hotel. The service was outstanding - the best I have experienced - ever! And room service was like the grand hotels used to be but rarely are anymore.
-
A beautiful property! Room was larger than expected. Friendly and prompt service. Definitely dine at the restaurant.

It was a perfect thrip. I will definitely recommend to everyone.
