Free breakfast was pleasant. Staff welcoming Location perfect Booked a secure parking space as travelling with expensive items that were on show and too large to take to the room, only to find our parking space was out on the road. We were advised it was a safe area, but it still felt uncomfortable. The room was very small and a little claustrophobic, we didn't like the shower, sink & toilet being in the same room as the bed. The air conditioning went off during the night and would not re start, this meant we had to sleep with the balcony door open, but this was connected to the neighbouring room.

We had the friendliest check-in with Daniel, a welcoming glass of Cava and a tour of facilities. The hotel has a spa-like atmosphere and we had a perfect stay. Perhaps the rooms could have two bottles of water rather than just one.

A great hotel within a short walk of a beautiful downtown. Flavia was excellent welcoming us and providing all the information we needed along with dinner suggestions. We were offered access to the private lounge, it was underwhelming and not staffed. Seemed a strange thing to highlight.

The staff were very friendly and were willing to help whenever adked. Thdy couldnt do enough to help us with any query we had. Rooms very perfect and the complimentery breakfast in the room was exceptional.
