The location and comfort. Very good for the price. The staff of the restaurant was a bit off at times, removing the food right at the second of 10 am for breakfast and not sometimes not being the most helpful. Tamara on reception on the other hand was lovely and really helpful with us.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, the location was in a nice neighborhood, and the staff was absolutely amazing! The on-site restaurant was superb!

Mathías at the front desk was wonderful, helpful and kind! The other staff were also friendly and very competent. Rooms were comfortable and clean, great value for money and very well-located! Nothing!

The hotel is extremely cozy, beautiful, and very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast, although simple, is carefully prepared and delicious. Even though our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff kindly offered us complimentary drinks while we waited. The hotel’s excellent location is in a charming and well-located neighborhood. For a hotel of this size and price, it’s surprising that they don’t offer room service. Additionally, the lack of a pool or hot tub makes the experience feel somewhat incomplete. Another point to consider is that the parking is not located within the hotel building but on the same street, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

The breakfast, cozy restaurant. They only open the roof top terrace place at 11, before that it is closed and the concierge even don’t have the key (to do an early morning exercise)

The hotel was located in a beautiful area, the staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. There were no restaurant menus in English and the pillows were very thick.
