Nothing. The staff were rude, you could tell they hated their job and the guests. If you depend on the internet for work or anything important ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK HERE, the wifi is shit on the top floors where all the rooms are located, it constantly says "connected with no internet" every 5 minutes. Showers are cold. They do not store your baggage after check out. Private rooms do not lock, I had to use my own personal lock and key deadbolt to lock the room since they only gave me a key for a deadbolt and no deadbolt. It made no difference because the windows didn't lock either, you could just push the window open and enter from the hallway which was only 3 feet from the ground (you could climb in easily). The lock hook was easily removed too, so no point in locking the room, it was only for looks. They don't have 24 hour reception like they mentioned, they are only available through WhatsApp. They often choose to ignore your questions/texts on WhatsApp, so you will go unhelped. You have to call or text them to ask to be let in often because the code they give you doesn't work. No one is at reception 95% of the time so knocking only works sometimes.

Nothing Truly the worst hostel experience I've ever had. We all woke up with rashes from the beds and had to leave at 6 am because the conditions were unbearable. Additionally, today we went to pick up a hat we'd left behind and found someone else's belongings on our beds. I've attached photos and hope they refund the money for the night we didn't stay.

Just the location The sheets were all dirty The staff was incredibly rude We were charged for keeping our bags in storage for a few hours We stopped at the hostel to leave something in our bags before we left for our bus and the staff kicked us out and refused to let us in

Excellent hospitality in my time of need when I had lost my phone on the street! Very friendly and helpful before also. Can easily leave your bags for free when you visit Isla del Sol. Lovely view over the bay. Hot water works on a lower pressure.

Getting bitten by something every night. The location is convenient enough. No heaters therefore very cold. Bathroom and toilets not good. Some not working and they are on separate floors.

Squeaky bed. The host. He was gracious and very helpful. His kindness was great and his helpfulness was brill.

Excellent location but beds are triple stacked without any means to connect the phone if you’re up top. No cooking means but to get a tea done and what have you. Ensure you have the PDI migration paper otherwise you’ll get charged taxes. Excellent staffers. Hot water and decent accommodations.

Breakfast is extra, once bought outside, place is only usd6 cheaper than a much cleaner pension that had jacuzzi and swimming pool called Verde Madera near IRARRAZAVAL. Shocking conditions.
