Hotel Panamericano

The ubication 1. The TV they advertised as Android wasn't; I couldn't watch anything during my stay. 2. When I told the receptionist about the TV problem, she said they would send someone to check it, but no one ever did. In the end, I just used my laptop so I wouldn't have to ask again. 3. The breakfast lacked variety, but it was adequate. 4. We found long hairs on the bed upon arrival; nothing alarming, but worth noting. 5. When I booked my stay (through Booking.com), it said it included airport taxi pickup, but that didn't happen. Then, at check-in, they told me they didn't offer that service. So I don't know whose mistake it was, the hotel's or the app's.

The downtown location close to Plaza de Armas and metro stations was excellent. Nothing

Es un hotel céntrico. Es un hotel antiguo pero se nota que se han hecho remodelaciones recientes lo cual le da un aire moderno a las habitaciones, restaurante y las instalaciones en general. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. El desayuno es excelente! Y las personas del hotel muy amables. Lindo detalle la cortesía de aguas y chocolates. Pequeños detalles que dan una buena impresión Sábanas y toallas ya muestran un desgaste ligero.

Nice clean room with good shower Initially was overcharged by registration desk, but was able to have it corrected

Unfortunately my review is based on the fact that I accidentally left my engagement ring and wedding ring in the soap dish in the bathroom and then checked out. When I realized later that day and called they said nothing was found which is impossible as housekeeping would have had to replace the soap in the dish and found them. They then may have turned them in but someone from the hotel stole my rings. I made several attempts to contact the hotel managers but received no response. Yes I take accountability for leaving them but you hope for honesty from the hotel.

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night and it was a disaster. The food was ok but the service was terrible. I think the waiter was new, but the head waiter assisted at least two times. Two of the four dinners were wrong. One was delivered to the table about fifteen minutes after the others.

Bed sheets were not changed. They immediately responded and changed me to another room. My room was not checked before I checked in.le

Excellent stay. Great location, friendly and welcoming staff, quiet, clean room and good bed. Great breakfast. Very good value!

We arrived on President inaugural ceremony weekend, wasnt aware of this event. It was hard to get Uber since multiple streets were blocked. And evening it can be Lil sketchy if your by yourself.

A very comfortable hotel in a central location with a delicious breakfast. The staff was quite accommodating. No complaints!

Location, room size, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, friendly and attentive staff. Smoking section on the rooftpp as such is safe if you smoke at night you don’t need to go outside the hotel as Santiago centro can be dangerous. Storage option for your luggage in case of late flights or you can pay half of one night room price for late check out until 6 p. I love this property however they are cutting costs on something as essential as providing juice for breakfast. This is the second time in one year no juice only flavored water. Not good. I asked a staff member for OJ to mix it with the sparkling wine already provided at breakfast abd they said no OJ. Later on sge came back and told me I can buy fresh squeezed OJ to make the mimosas. If juice is too exoensive just sell it I will be glad to buy it however not having an option at all it really ruins the experience.

It is only 10 minutes walk to the bus station. Very quite and clean. Good breakfast. Really nice and helpful staff.

all aspects are number one in this hotel sometimes staff at reception dont give you repeat or loyal customer discounts, they must have some point or club system
