The location within the city plus the choice of restaurants within the area. Very walkable. Pool deck is painfully hot! Be careful.

Staff are amazing, location fantastic and access to the best gym I've ever used The rooms are starting to be tired. Time for refurbishment.

The phone never worked

The property is located in a very nice area. Great service and staff Believe it or not, the condition of our room wasn’t the best. The shower faucets did not work properly. The sheets and pillows we were given were of very poor quality. I expected more from the W.

Proximity, in walking distance to the restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff, very helpful and always available. Hotel was comfortable, on site restaurants plus roof top bar giving amazing views of Santiago. Hotel shuttle was available for airport drop off. Amenities and minibar was not replenished often. Air condition in room was faulty but reception provided a fan. Thank goodness at night temperatures were cooler than the day which made the room bearable. Elevators were a bit annoying, separate elevators to access rooms than floors to other parts of the hotel. Took getting used to changing elevators often. Pillows were too soft so we had to stack them. Views of the room was not good, view of the back of the hotel.

Exceptional

Hotel reception is on 4th floor so a little confusing when you first arrive, but soon get the hang of things. The location is right in the middle of the CBD with multiple restaurants in spitting distance especially "Tiramisu" which opens on the dot of 7 and is know for its superb desert of the same name... Limo pick up reliability is questionable even if booked. First time I had an issue they never even turned up at midnight and this trip the got the Flight number wrong but the time right - and left me waiting 50 minutes for what is not a cheap service...They did however compensate by leaving a nice bottle of red in my room as an apology.

The hotel is located close to lots of nice restaurants and cafes, in a very safe neighborhood which adds to the overall experience. In general, the hotel seems to have been recently renovated so the indoor public areas look very modern. The view from the rooftop pool is great and offers really nice sunset views. The lighting in the room was very faint, making it difficult to get ready for the day. The service at the rooftop bar is a bit slow.

The room I buy as to have viuw but the hotel don’t have viuw and one side is 10 mt from another tower so can’t open even the curtain becouse people see inside the room can’t sell something. Don’t have take out viuw from the description

Great location and model design. Nice breakfast, room and lounging area. Sitting area around the pool.

Passable

The location was great - easy to walk or uber to nearby sights and restaurants. Everything was clean, awesome rooftop pool. The rooftop had a lot of parties/events going on during the time we were there so you didn’t have access to part of it, but we had access to the pool. For the price you pay, the facilities and the room was dated. The bathroom vanity was cracked so the particle board was exposed in the bathroom showing its age and in need of repair. The tv was also small and not a smart tv.
