Mainly the location: it is in the downtown area with some important businesses in the vicinity: restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, banks... Perfect for those who are taken the USMLE exam in the Dominican Republic since the Prometric Center is right across the street. The staff is very professional and supportive. Good value for money. It was my second stay at the place. I stayed for 5 days the last time and it was almost perfect. This time the bed sheets and the pillow covers weren't that clean. The toilet flushing mechanism did not work properly and I had to take the tank's lid off to deal with it.

Location was good if you want to move about the city and get to the coast line. The constant noise from traffic and the dogs barking from the adjacent building, directly under the windows. The pigeons nesting on the roof under the windows.

Breakfast and location I reserved a queen bed and they have only full bed. The room is old and small. The air conditioning is good but they don't give you the control. It was cold all night.

The location and the room. The bathroom and the light coming thru the window.

There is no parking, the reception is very ugly, no lobby to wait for someone. The bathroom was not clean, and is very old

The location is good and is very food for relaxation and not too, too far from the town centre. We felt safe. Travel by the bus too. Please visit the Agora Mall. Pass by the park too and dine at Petrus (food is very good and staff friendly, attentive, and well-mannered). I wish the cleaner/s were a bit more detailed. Please change the exterior of the cushions or don't use them at all. Choose other colour towels. Bath mats?

We took a quick stay at this hotel. The location is good if you need to travel further into the country through Santo Domingo. Breakfast is included, parking is available, is a safe stay. Internet is not stable. Breakfast is for only 2 parties, and $10 for each other person also for kids. Hot water is not always available.
