This was my second time that I spent some night in this hotel. I have to say that the location is perfect near the colonial city, and you can park the car right in front of Hotel for free . The room was pretty clean and the fan was working very well to keep the air moving. Do not expect European style breakfast , it is very minimal . One the toasted sandwich one day was completely wet and soggy . The breakfast is barely enough to curb my appetite. As for drinks, they usually serve a fruit juice that is completely watered down and not 100% natural.

The room is small, but ok. Due to an emergency, we had to leave a day early which I informed the person in charge at the moment, Mr. Benson Preval, he said not to worry that he would give me a receipt to allow me to return for one night whenever we needed it. However, they decided not to honor the voucher, meaning that I lost DP$1,795.50 to this hotel.

The staff is very attentive and accommodating. I wish they offer mini suites for those of those who planned longer stays

No eating in the room ,and no in room microwave. There's a Kitchen area and eating areas .

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The check-in was quick and staff were very welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The location was convenient and close to food and shopping centres. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.

Delicious breakfast Great location Kind staff The towels and sheets are stained I was given a room next to the reception and during the day the staff makes noise, they play videos loudly and shout. I arrived after a night flight and expected to rest as expected from a hotel but it was impossible. You have to respect your guests.

Good location to walk to Zona Colonial. Not very clean. Breakfast not good. Wifi wasn’t working very good.

Location is great! No food allowed in rooms and towels are not the best. Need better towels.
