I got extorted by the staff and attacked by the locals

I didn't like anything upon arrival at the hotel the system was down they didn't register me. I have to go to a family spot to be able to sleep thank God I rented a car a make it easy to travel. Dont take you family there

Room were not tready

They don't clean rooms unless I asked for it

Hot water, cold a.c. The receptionist allowed me to be assaulted and extorted. Reluctant to remove the assailant from the premises. Resulting in damage to another patron vehicle as well. There are plenty of other better hotels in the immediate vicinity for even fairer prices. Look elsewhere.

Rooms get wet from the humidity. Need AC on to stay dry

The rooms where dirty alot of coackroaches some had bad smell paint falling from the ceiling

How understaffed and small there was no fridge in my room

Staff is not very friendly.

There is a serious deterioration. I don't recognize this hotel anymore. Water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling, wetting anyone who uses the toilet. Too bad it was a good place.

With the short havy rain much water came inside through the terrase door and the whole room had plenty of water on the floor.

I like that they had a room with a small little balcony It’s a really good property for one night, breakfast wasn’t the best.

Bathroom shower leaking

When I canceled my reservation because of all their issues they processed the refund without any fuss as well as when I left. Previously, I had a reservation at this hotel, but when I arrived, there were no rooms available. Despite that experience, I decided to give the hotel a second chance. Unfortunately, I had to request multiple room changes because the AC wasn’t working or something else was broken in each room. In one instance, they gave me a room that was already occupied, and two people were being intimate inside. I immediately requested a refund and left. If they gave me someone else’s room key, the same could have happened to me. From all the rooms I saw during the changes, I couldn’t find a single decent one. Even the furniture and TV remote were heavily scratched and covered with paint drips. I understand it’s a low cost hotel, but I would recommend investing double even triple the cost for a better experience.

The location Bathroom commode leaking water. Floor get wet if AC is turned off.

Very nice and quiet We had to wait during the check in for about 10 minutes because no one was at the front desk.

No tv , wifi weak signal. I had to buy claro internet.
