I think the hotel was quite expensive but maybe that is because of the location

The EZ Moema was a very basis hotel. The staff was excellent and the location perfect. However, the room was very small, and the bed hard and uncomfortable. I don’t think this was good value for my stay. Hard and uncomfortable bed.

The location is exceptional: in the middle of the safest neighborhood of São Paulo, close to the Ibirapuera Park and to vital avenues of the city. And that's on top of the hotel facilities, which are great at a marvelous price.

Brand new property. Room had a very comfortable bed and new linen. Minbar fully stocked, fast internet and property had a business center. The bathroom was quite small, new, bit very small. Gym was not fully equipped.

The front desk lady agreed to reimburse me 50% of one day stay as I had to checkout earlier than planned. I was never reimbursed. Wifi did not connect.
