Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, ótimo acabamento das instalações. Nosso andar ficou com cheiro de cigarro branco durante toda a estadia, então isso incomodou bastante. Também fomos acordados pela equipe do hotel e interrompidos duas vezes no mesmo dia, de maneira pouco cordial.

Limpo, organizado e seguro Não tive nenhum ponto negativo.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The location is good (Moema is nice and quite neighborhood)

Breakfast is very good. The hotel smell good and is very clean and well care. Showe is excellent. Pillows.

The hotel is updating their infrastructure but still has old fashioned rooms 1. The tv equipment is very close to the bed 2. Parking staff was extremely rude

Spacious room. Good fitness center and wood sauna. Bathroom had a lot of mold in the tiles.

Air conditioning was smelling mold. Mattress not so confortable (too soft).

The location is great. The gym is good but needs upkeep, and it's nice to have a pool in such a central area of the city. Our room had a bad maintenance problem: the Wi-Fi wouldn't work, so they connected us to a network that only worked in our room. The shower literally felt from the wall and almost hit me in the head when I was showering. Overall, the service is bad, and the staff couldn't care less.

Bathroom way TOO small and out of date :( Toilets clogged, no bath soap like shampoo The TV is unusable and confusing.

Location is the only plus of this hotel. everything else was a big disappointment. We have stayed for 2 weeks. They have given us a room with no safe and then transferred us to a room with safe but in another building that the lobby was closed. So for 2 whole weeks, we had to take the lift, go underground and then take the lift to our apartment. The apartment was on the 6th floor which was under construction works, full of dust everywhere and inside the apartment as well. They replace sheets but dont wipe or clean floors or walls. The swimming pool had full still water and it was a pool of possible bacteria. My son was very disappointed because he couldn't swim any day of the 2 weeks. This is a 2/3 star hotel. And they do not care for people on holiday, only for business guests.

We liked the service of the staff and the location of the hotel. Comfortable rooms. Really good breakfast options. Swimming pool… We arrived just when the carnival season was finished and the swimming pool was extremely dirty. I did not want my children swimming in that pool, which was disappointing since one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool since it’s 34 degrees outside..

My room was nice and the hotel workers were very proactive and nice. The carparking service was extremely rude in the way that they drive. In addition the hotel has a very old elevator and the price is expensive for what they offer. The restaurant is a third party company that manage the kitchen and dissapointed me a lot.

The breakfast was amazing!

Excellent location in Moema. Lively neighborhood with metro station, restaurants, shopping mall and airport close by. Congonhas airport is easy to reach by taxi. The metro will take you all over the city. The lobby is small so it easily gets crowded and you will have to wait for an elevator.
