Location. Comfortable and large room. Overpriced. Not commensurate value and zero amenities- its ‘41’ rentable items are unlikely to be used for a one night stay. Inconvenient to get a cup of tea in the hotel.

Location was great and we loved having 4 beds for our family with a little kitchenette for snacks. Traveled with two teenagers so set up was good without having to get two rooms. Also liked coffee pot options and coffee bar in lobby.

not enough service- we had to wash our own dishes, handle garbage, bring down linens - too much work for cost of room

Great location and amenities in general. Love the hipster vibe. Free tea and premium pour over coffee are the highlights of the stay. Excellent for family. Lack of coin operated washer and dryer facility.

Perfect for short stay or long stay

This is our 3rd stay in 2 years. Staff are helpful and professional, facilities are clean and modern, and location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and metro stations. 41 Pieces is our home away from home in Sapporo. More vinyl records to choose.

The location was great. Close proximity to most of the attractions, restaurants and stores. The staff was great and very nice! Although, some services were self-help, it was not an issue for us. We are a family of 5 (children 18, 14 and 5) and the room was just enough space for all of us. If you are looking for a family friendly accommodation, I highly recommend 41 Pieces Hotel.

Great location especially for first time visitors as places of interest are just within walking distance or short ride away. I really like the concept of bunk bed especially if traveling with family or group. But one has to be careful if staying on the top bed. One of my kid (staying on the top bed) bump his head on the ceiling while excitedly making his bed comfy.

I had nothing to say what I didn't like about it.

Good location. Large size room. Friendly staff. Some facilities in the room were broken - chair and bedside lights did not work.

Staff was very friendly. They had free rentals of certain things suck as toys/games for kids. I was very pleased with the room. It was spacious with a little kitchen and a really nice bathroom. Location was really good too. 5 minute walk from the train station and festival. There was also a Family Mart at the end of the block and plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance. Price was high, but we went during a time when all hotel prices were high due to the festival.

No service

One issue we encountered was that the air conditioner kept turning off or resetting every few hours, likely due to an energy-saving setting. This made it difficult to stay comfortable in the summer heat, especially at night. There is no laundry facility on site, which was inconvenient during our five-night stay. The bunk beds were comfortable, though adults should be mindful of the low clearance to avoid bumping their heads.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff was super friendly and even gave us local recommendations! They have a lot of amenities readily available for us/ we were able to grab them whenever we needed (i.e towels, toothbrushes, tissues, razors, umbrellas) without having to go up to the front desk! Everything was super convenient and the location was perfect for everything/ everywhere I wanted to go :D N/A
