We did not have breakfast at the hotel Room size is small . We booked room for three adults but room was too cramped up .

The lighting on room and toilet is bit dark but still acceptable. The bathroom's ceiling and upper part have some black stain but not really bad.

Customer service is excellent! The room is clean. Breakfast is good. From and to airport is extremely convenient with the airport limousine bus just outside the hotel. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. The size of the room.

Location was very convinient. Walking distance to sapporo metro, sapporo JR sta. , odori park and others. Convinient airport transfer by bus (pick up and deop point at hotel). Very gratefull to the staff for making our room clean daily. Hope the luaguage can fit under the beds. A tight fit for 3 person on stamdard room. Need to take out one chair.

Nice property, close to station walkable connected to Sapporo station by subway too needs a bit of familiarization before you can start using the subway. A bit old fashioned, the rooms could be larger. The bathrooms need a bit of a facelift.

Navigating with heavy luggage during winter can be a hassle, so this location simplifies your journey. The breakfast is impressive, offering a delightful variety of options that cater to different tastes. While there isn't an onsen in the hotel, the convenient walking distance to the train station adds to its appeal. We found this hotel to be the perfect warm welcome for our trip. Location was good. Has nearby mall (Tokyu) and convenience stores. Nearby exit/entry to subway. However Sapporo station was still a far walk. New Chitose airport limousine bus (by Hokuto Kotsu) run every 30 minutes and actually stops at the hotel. This was so convenient on our last day in the city as we headed to the airport. Generally, hotel staff was kind and respectful but I encountered a hotel staff in the reception who was rude. This was first time for me. Considering the rates here are higher and hotel facility is bigger vs those I have tried in different prefectures in Japan.

Hotel is quite well-equipped in terms of restaurants and shop, even walking distance you can reach convenient store, subway station, shopping street and most landmarks in town. All was well.

Everything The noise of kids running around our area in the evening which made is difficult to sleep.. I think 3 to 4 rooms around our room 526. I reported and complain about it but did not get any feedbacka nd the noise persisted for a while.

Too cramped for comfort. There is very little space for maneuvering inside the room.
